I’m trying to do this on my Mac laptop, how do I do the “hold alt” step to stretch out the selection? It just duplicates it instead when I do it
use the option key ( instead of alt) if u have a mac

what the filter you use in final pic ?
Camera raw filter. I merged all layers then I convert it to smart object. Then i used camera raw filter amd adjust it accordingly

Thank you for this... I tried to scale the selected area, and while holding alt button and dragging the selected area didn't move like the one in the video, it's all over the screen. What am I doing wrong please?
