I dont think that people understand how bodybuilding has changed. The pure mass and vascularity of modern day bodybuilders, absolutely MURKS AND SHITS ON ARNOLD. Bodybuilders strive for different a different look nowadays; for example, Arnold vs. someone like Shawn Rhoden or Mamdouh just fuck arnold up.

Although Arnold didn't have the biggest muscles, he still had by far the most aesthetically pleasing body.
Yes those bloated muscles monster body builders are huge and all, but they look like shit compared to Arnold's well balanced (and functional) body.

To each their own, but it's obvious that having a lean build from legitimate hard works pays off each and every time. Lifting weights, while having it's own specific rewards, doesn't help you in any other facets in life other than lifting weights.
Lifting weights gets you bigger
Try squatting 2 times your body weight without spot and see if you can fear job interview or starting your own business ...

True you should train with weight of your own body.. an nothing over it, its waste of time.. so basically cardio and Calisthenics exercises is everything you need.. Powerlifting is trash it destroys your spine
@@utherlightbringer3868 Not if you do it safely. I have a physical job and lift weights and I can say from experience the strength does definitely carry over.
A lot of these guys seem to have skipped leg day a couple of times.
Thankfully mister Platz makes up for them.
