There would me multiple ways of doing this but the easiest being to use an 8 input multiplexer ground the inputs not being used. This would still enable you to have the 3 selectors that would be needed for 5 inputs.

Here we have 7 entries and as i know there is no or gate with 7 entries. Can we combine 3-entry and 4-entry or gates with an or gate?
practically its not possible to or 3 or 7 enteries using one or gate but theoratically or making schematic diagram you can or 7 enteries by using one or gate for your ease!!!!!!
