Louisa Gibbs sorry for the delayed response. You can look to TH-cam for meditation tips. Believe it or not Tina Turner has a few amazing meditation CD's.
There are many different ways to meditate. The best quote I've read on it is "Praying is talking to God, Meditating is listening to God." You can use a meditation to still the mind by focusing on your breathing, or you can sing or speak a mantra (which is what Tina Turner does), you can use guided meditation on TH-cam with a particular goal such as confidence (start with something short, say 10 minutes or so). You can explore until you find the meditation that is right for you, but effectively it's meant to still your mind(speak) which goes on and on and on all day so that you can listen to your inner self, intuition, i.e. God.

The reason I’d no one give me the daily life’s normal to have, only struggles with some one holding you belonging and dealing day’s after days the life’s just running into difficultly, then it could caused the badly shifting to affect to the worlds and people’s.
