Thanks for posting this. I need one to take a trailer up a dropped kerb onto gravel and I’m pretty convinced it’ll be too much for it.

knowing what doesn't work, is as important as knowing what does work for you. So good on you. I've had to help the mini-mover, by having my wife steer the mover-handle; whilst i help by pushing on the caravan drawbar.

Thankyou so much for this excellent presentation especially demonstrating the Anderson SB50 power connector modification.
Are you in Melbourne by any chance?

Thank you so much for replying.
I was wondering if you would consider installing my Gen 3 caravan mover including that 12 volt modification?
      I live in Ringwood.
My husband passed away last year and I have very recently purchased a second hand off road caravan after reluctantly selling the larger caravan that my husband and I used to own.
I do not have the skill set yet to reverse the caravan into the garage, and then through into the carport….hence the purchase of the caravan mover but on watching your video this morning I realised that it would be impossible for me to install it on my own

      Carly,
Can you provide me info to the below questions, so I better understand the specific technical specs of your caravan? Send the info to me via my email DIYhabitat@gmail.com.
      1) what is the ATM (fully-loaded) weight of your caravan. This is stated on the compliance-plate in the tunnel-boot, or drawbar.
      2) what is the cross-sectional size of the drawbar steel (i.e. horizontal width, & vertical height of the drawbar steel) to which the MiniMover3 is to be installed.
      3) Send a foto of that part of the drawbar where the MiniMover3 is to be installed.
      4) Send a foto of the entire caravan drawbar from tow-hitch of front of caravan.
      5) Is the caravan a single-axle, or tandem (dual-axle)?
      6) Is there an existing ANDERSON SB50 plug - that is directly connected to the van-battery) & located near the drawbar? Show a foto?
      thx
