We don't do Christmas boxes over here, I have never heard of it until watching you! We just do stockings that I fill with little gifts and candy. I always put a pair of Christmas socks and a chocolate Santa in the stockings!

@@OrdinaryEnglishMum shopping all done bought few different pudding's yummy I went to my daughter today babysitting well not really they are 11&9 so I cleaned the oven done the washing hoovered everywhere and managed to watch the Grinch and Natively films going to watch your food shopping now 🤗💞🙏🎄🎅⛄

Wow lovely idea of boxes and stockings, never heard of that before. May try it next year. I always had a pillow case at the end of my bed filled with books, dvds, toys, treats and of course a clementine so I've always done that for mine. You're children will be so happy, lovely gifts and chocs xx

@@OrdinaryEnglishMum my children are 11 & 8 I find now they are older it's hard to find things to put in the box. As well as stockings. Honestly I'm done with buying tat. Ha ha.
@@hannahrichards2526 Yeah I agree it is all a lot really they don't need so much I wasn't even going to do it this year but since Curtis helped me with all the xmas shopping I found it a litter easier than usual. Haha I know what you mean 🤣🤣

Christmas Eve boxes must be something very England we don't have them here in America we do to stockings but I grew up with the toe of my stocking always had an orange in an apple and then the sweet things

Hi Laurien I loved all the boxes those are fantastic I like how you have added to them and changed them around to suit each child. I didn’t know HMV did those surprise boxes they are a great idea and good to add to them too. I like your idea for stockings just chocolate as I have always just did the Christmas presents in one and it would be nice for my son to do that for him. I’ve also never done a Christmas Eve box I’m mean aren’t I, I’ve seen others do it and I’ve always wanted to but didn’t really know if my son would need one but liked your ideas. Hello Louise, we found the boxes doing gift shopping it was Curtis idea or I probably wouldn't have done Christmas Eve boxes I've had so much to do this year.
Someone commented saying it is too much sweets and choc for my children but they barely eat any that day with everything going on the stocking lasts weeks so it isn't an overload lol. Actually they drag it out for so long I end up chucking some away because I'm sick of it lingering so long haha.

@@OrdinaryEnglishMum Thankyou so much. I didn’t think you had that much chocolate and anyway Laurien like you say they don’t eat it all in one go they spread them out. My kids have always had a lot of chocolate at Christmas from family and it lasts and certainly never eat them up in one go it’s like Easter in a way when kids get a lot of chocolate, so never worry what someone says there is so much criticism nowadays you can’t do right from wrong and anyway it has nothing to do with anyone else what you give your children your just giving ideas of what you do. Enjoy Christmas lovely 🥰 🎄🎁and eat has much or as little chocolate as you want it’s Christmas after all 😂xxx

The kids will definitely love their Christmas boxes and the goodies in there. I don't do Christmas but I think it's a good idea to have sweets and chocolates in the stockings. It's already 21st Dec.

@@OrdinaryEnglishMum I celebrate Eid Ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha. Fast in the month of Ramadan. When I used to work we had work parties, dinners, secret santa which I'd get involved in. I loved buying secret presents for my boss's children and they wouldn't have a clue about it until I passed the gifts over. I still remember when my boss's wife bought her two son's in to celebrate my birthday in the office. It was so sweet of them 😢 😍

Oh my lordy ! That is ALOT of sweets ! These lods are gonna all have diabetes before the age of 12 😐😬😬😬🙉🙊They are so young they dont need all that. Here in US we dont put as nearly that amount is this a UK thing? They are gonna have rotted teeth and cavities 😳😳😳😳😬😬 no hate just voicing my opinion
They won't be eating it all in one day? They'll be eating it over weeks and I'm not going to let them sit there eating sweets all day long lol they're fine don't worry!
