- 50k run on the trails, tracks and roads of Singapore. Lucky with cloudy weather then rain before the blazing sun.
Still 50k is a challenge.

Thanks to The Squeezy Lemons and Falcons Running Group Singapore for all the training over the last months. I should do more by this got me through.

Small update. I was originally ranked at sixth in my age group based on gun timing. But I started in the 4th wave so expected I would rise to 4th or 5th based on chip timing.
What I hadn’t realised is that the number 1 in my age group was top 5 and so got an overall prize. This meant he doesn’t qualify for the age group prize. So I rise one spot technically in those rankings and got 3rd. My first real race trophy. Too late for a physical podium. Next time 🤩

Fast is good but in the end it’s best just to compete against yourself or there’s no end (unless you are Usain Bolt 😂)
