Hey Roger! Ummagumma is a great early (and official) live release which captures them in their full psychedelic spirit. However it is quite the gap in terms of official releases when it comes to them live. I always think that Wembley 74 could’ve been a great stopgap between DSOTM and WYWH. I’ve been wanting to get that U-N-I-T-E-D bootleg for a while! So lucky man! You have a great weekend as well, cheers!

Welcome Clayton! Thank you for giving my Channel a chance! So I usually get vinyl boots from RollinRecs.com. Considering what you’re looking for, his prices aren’t bad and he has some really highly sought after records on his site. I’ve also gotten some on Reverb LP but they are due to shut down at the end of the month. eBay is an option but be expected to pay exuberant overseas shipping. There is a way you can buy boots relatively on Discogs despite them banning them (I’ll do a vid in the future on this tip!). One of the things I keep in mind with Piper is that if it wasn’t for Syd, there’d be no “Dark Side” or any of those wonderful albums, which makes my respect for Syd and the early Floyd grow immensely. Thank you! No UK pressings unfortunately but hopefully one day I’ll get some due to the historical significance. I’ve never encountered one in the wild.
For Dark Side: The MoFi pressings are still out in the wild and if you can find one for $40 on average, snag it! If not that, then the reissue will do you just fine. You get all of the various bits of artwork with the posters/stickers For WYWH: MoFi didnt do a pressing of it and the reissues are perfect.
Haha Mark you are a savage! I can dig The Final Cut but it is RARE that I play it. Sometimes to just refresh my memory on a particular record but the overall tone is just too somber for me. Its Roger crying into a microphone with the Philharmonic laying it down. I'll take Momentary Lapse any other day!

I have an early original Canadian pressed "Saucer Full of Secrets" with the pre 1970 Capitol black rainbow ring label with great sound quality.
