It's a good one. Get the farm first, the little have got to eat, to stay healthy. My next layout is going to have a large farm, lots of different crops, ploughed fields, tractors, and farm equipment, seed sower, sillage sprayer, combined harvester, and lots of animals, especially horses and dogs.
Wow! I'm an N scaler, working on my custom N scale Z guage RhB Model ( It's a labour of love). T scale is amazing. Space being the final problem, for me anyway. I just know my eyes won't be able to handle the repairs.
Thanks for the nice comment! Your project sounds interesting! With the RhB traversing such beautiful scenery it should be fun to model. Do you have a video?
@daveb.trains7019 you must have a fair collection of small layouts then. I guess that may be better than having one big layout.. It would certainly benefit me as i have stock from all over the world, which looks odd running together. I eagerly await the next instalment.
Why did you say that the new layout is based in Pennsylvania, USA? I looked it up How many places are named Pennsylvania? There is one place in the world named Pennsylvania! Pennsylvania can be found in 1 country. I was born and brought up in RUISLIP. I don't need to, EVER, say where it is located. I can inform you that the name comes from two Anglo-Saxon words. RYSSE and LYPPE. RYSSE, pronounced RYE ZHAH. And LYPPE, pronounced LI PAY. And it means:- The EDGE of the BULRUSHES, they grow along the bank of our major river and have fed people and farm stock for centuries How many places are named Ruislip? There is one place in the world named Ruislip! Ruislip can be found in 1 country.
Sorry that bothered you. I guess I mentioned it because maybe some viewer out there may not be familiar with Pennsylvania. Regardless, I hope you enjoyed the video which is meant to be fun.
@@daveb.trains7019 I loved the video, it looks a promising final model. And it is good to see a farm being first. After all, farms were everywhere before the railways were built, or canals, and then the railways came and farms went bust, and those things called "developers", bought up all the farmlands and built kilometre after kilometre of the most evil and depressing places outside of cities. SUBURBIA! Grrr. Stick with making a brilliant farm. It is the place, on my first exhibition T layout, that attracts the wee kids, and all in a scale that they can see, and don't get told to "Go away", like the more "adult" scales do. I loved the Bavarian one, and the British one was good as well. Isn't the biggest Freemasons' cemetery in Pennsylvania?
I'm envious. I've managed to squeeze 3 continual loops into my 6' X 3' n gauge main layout: Squeeze is the word! I was thinking of calling one of my stations "Newport", just to make it as difficult to locate as possible 😉
You do great work. I’m a N scaler, looking to get into Z and T gauge. Just amazing layouts you have and made. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the nice comment! I also enjoy N and Z scale.

Do you keep the layouts once they are completed?
Yes, I keep them and try to add more details as new ideas arise and time permits.

Thank you for the nice comment. I know of some notable Freemason cemeteries in Pennsylvania, but not aware of any in the state being the largest.
