Found the last 4 thanks to this but also doing the Hand-to-Hand quest will help in advance. It will show you locations for all of them. Though that's more for people who unlocked all the abilities and following from there. This still helped out greatly.

You have to use Flap to push a bubble under the opening, then use the grapple point before you lose the bubble. Might also help to stand on the plant in the beams of light just to get the correct Flap distance.
Hi, I had the same problem but I found the solution. You should talk to Tokk in the Wellspring area, he gonna give you the last Gorlek Ore. Be careful because Tokk can be in a wrong localisation in the map, search him a little around and you will find him, he's close to a door. It corresponds to ore 10 in the video. Hope it will works for ya and good luck !

I have the same doubt, I have made sure that I have all the ones from the video and even so I am missing one (and it is not the one from the mission).
