Spot on mate, must have been fairley blocked if the mano was maxed out... i think on these the cluster is not the best the solder joints on the gauges and pixels tend to give up after a good few years common on that shape focus.... good video as per normal

I don't know if this applies to Ford, but my 98 Audi coolant sensor has two circuits in it. One informs the ECM the other informs the dash gauge so the dash temp was crazy and erratic but the car ran fine. So if the coolant temp sensor has 4 wires it may be dual circuit....
