my game works perfectly fine but when i start a match it just keeps loading at the part where it shows the map in the middle and the players on both sides, after a while it’ll just say “poor connection or failure to connect to server” but everything else works fine and my internet is good, is just wont let me into the match, ive restarted my phone and reinstalled the entire game and it still doesnt work, any solutions?
My codm before season 10 was fine but after the update my codm graphics are low and frame rate medium now it wasn't like this and I can only see defult skins

@@rajatpratapsingh5774 report it...and I will say reinstall it and turn on your location and check your clock time zone and turn it off and on and then re-start your phone and while loggin in game keep the location on and see ...if its still there try to reinstall and still it's there then report and wait

I only face one problem which is as soon as my game loads i intantly get disconnected and the connect to the server for the rest of my life, i have tried many things and with no means my internet is not any bad fyi its 72mb/s

NO!! Do not logout when you are playing as GUEST account. You will lose all game data. Always connect it to any platform. Either Activision/Google/Facebook/Apple/Line.
I think you can do that without loosing data....but guest account is only valid for the device which you are using right now...anyother device it can't work....

It is Garena regions,zone 28 and there is another issue i will not able to switch regions ,there is only one region(garena regions)and cannot be exchanged with other for example is asia region
