Speaking from experience and to who ever need this, a cheap and good way to break the cycle is by making small and reachable goals. Don’t need to be much, something as simple as “I will wake up at x am everyday”, “I am going to go to x at least ones a week”, or even “I am going to farm this much gold today”. It will take a while, but eventually, you will find yourself doing more. You will shower more often, you can now wake up feeling energized, and your anxiety will starts to take over your depression.
