The mistake of Costco is putting the label TIFFANY which is the trademark name for Tiffany & Co. The design of the ring is also from Tiffany. They wouldn't have problems if they sell Costco Diamonds by labelling them as similar to Tiffany diamonds but at a much much cheaper price! I personally prefer Costco diamonds over the overpriced Tiffany as long as the diamonds are similar quality.
It's doesn't say Tiffany and Co on the sign nor does the employees tell people your buying s Tiffany and Co ring. Costco also doesn't sell conflict diamonds like Tiffany and Co does. Their just pissed Costco sells better diamonds for half the price and doesn't rip people off.
Yes, it doesn't say Tiffany and Co. , but , most people believe it is a Tiffany diamond. The same name change that a small counterfeiter might do. A small retailer at a small shop would get arrested, but they don't arrest the owner of Costco. Big companies get away with counterfeiting, while small shop owners get arrested for exactly the same thing.
Find a stupid customer who believed he or she brought a $300 Tiffany ring. If that judge what to be tough the law send he to channel street , sick and dumb.
A small flea market seller or retailer sells counterfeit items, and they are arrested right there at the flea market or store. A major chain sells a counterfeit item, and they pay a fine. The fine is excessive in this case, but no Fed is going to go into the store and take the big box owner to jail. This is exactly the same situation as the small retailer, except the major chain store has money. That's the only difference. That's a big benefit that big companies have. They pay a fine, and continue their business. Small business people get arrested.

Costco sells good quality diamond with cheaper price. Tiffany probably takes a big profit by each item.
Costco and Tiffany and Co literally sell the same quality diamonds, just Tiffany and Co has a bigger markup
He went to Tiffany's...I mean Costco 💍🔍
Costco has good quality diamonds for a fraction of the prices of what you would get at big labels like Tiffany... scam.

The funny thing is that Costco is FAR richer than Tiffanny.
LOL, It says *(Tiffany)* not *(Tiffany & Co.)*
I'm glad Costco has to pay Tiffany this money.
Costco has very good quality and cheaper prices
Tiffany is just making double selling same quality
