No race fuel, no jetting, no air filters, no trans oil, no clutch adjustments, no carb cleaning from bad fuel, not top end, no bottom end.. I could go on but my son missing the "Braaaap" sound is hard to argue but I am still putting him on an e-bike for the next season or two.
Thanks for the heads up on that motor seal, I had a motor short circuit code on a 2020 electric freeride exc but it sat for a year and code wet away and hasn't come back. I think it was either pulling it outta an air-conditioned storage to outside hot humid riding conditions, internal sweating, or washing it caused it.
@mxgryan don't get me wrong I don't dislike the e bike. I honestly really like them and really want one for my son but he rides 3 or 4 hours if not longer at a time. We got him a mc50 so a tank fill is alot faster to get back to riding than over an hour charge. He doesn't race but rides track a lot and open fast trails. If we could get 2hr battery life on full power out of the e5 I would 100% go that route

IMO, the braap sound is not worth all of the hassle and work.

Great video thanks for explaining the differences, definitely going e5 and 10in wheel with a lowering kit
I wonder if I can just get the e3 and add a 12 inch up front and bigger shock once my kid gets bigger any though on if this will work?
Get the e5 and buy the 10" wheel. Has better battery and will grow with your kid
How many hours can you get outa your charge and I have multiple kids how long will this bike last me
super disapointing knowing the prices are so close to each other. If the E3 was like 3599, it would make more sense
Exactly My thoughts as well!.
👍👍👍
Only negative on these bikes is a 30 minute ride on full power and a long recharge
@@Hoggle144 eh, disagree. 75 minutes to full charge for us is plenty fast enough. With most moto sessions being 15 minutes or less, it never dies.

No soul in these e-bikes . 2smoke all the way ✊🏻💨💨💨💨
We don't ride motorcycles for their "soul" where I'm from.
It says gasgas 😅
