      No soo u are Choosing to be the "unaware", u kno it as a Common knowledge that It can strike at any moment , yet u don't show any urgency for it , this shows deep down u are still in ur Sub-conscious mind unaware or Over confident enough that U are still well protected enough.... If this knowledge was more of something that u are actually feeling then, u would had done something untill now, But u only understand and Kno this knowledge on the surface level and not internally feel and realise it ... U cannot urge urself enough to do Something, u still come in the unaware category that's why.

      @sexymary 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@triskits_mmm This is what I understand.
      "A wise man trades what he cannot keep"
      It means that a wise man like Osho RISK all the things that cannot be brought on to the grave/hereafter such as your wealth, your loved ones, your dog etc.. A wise man risk all via ego death.. He doesn't attach his self in to something impermanent.
      "to gain what he cannot lose"
      When a wise man lives his life INTENSELY, TOTALLY, one sample is an adventurous life like living dangerously - one day, you'll gain self-knowledge, wisdom, tranquility (this can be thru any forms of meditation) and one day, you'll be able to know your IMMORTALITY.. That you are beyond your body and mind, that you've have been here and wil always be here.

    • @sexymary
      @sexymary 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Enlightenment is often perceived as a path paved with intricate practices and rigorous methods but, as you know, it is, in truth, a pathless path. A present undoing rather than an achievement over time. It's a dissolving of the false, in the immediacy of the present moment, which in turn, allows this ever present awareness that already is, that you already are, to shine.

    I agree there are two types of people, but I would categorize them as those who have empathy for others and those who only think about themselves. In my humble opinion, the best thing we can do on this earth is care about each other and take care of those who cant care for themselves.

      Not really. Hes speaking about self actualization and Reality through rational logic. Youre speaking about emotion/personality. Of course theres going to be characteristics of the 2 types hes speaking of but concern and carelessness could be applied to them both in multiple ways. For example you could say a person who is aware of reality that lives in the present is or can be concerned or careless and vice versa but of course in reality we all live in the present.

      How was he a great teacher? He speaks about something that's perfectly obvious to everybody. He was a very clever con man though to the foolhardy who followed him. He had no interest whatsoever in the wellbeing of anyone apart from himself and his own personal gain. His 100 Rolls Royce collection was proof of that. Anyone who believes he was some kind of teacher and saviour is a bigger fool than he was.

    This quote is very significant - Osho was obsessed with death since childhood due to personal losses (death of his grandfather and early death of his childhood girlfriend). It is likely that this reflects the lessons from the same.
