You can build a very small but efficient garage sauna for cheap. This is mostly if you're just looking to get a sick pump while working out in a home gym.

Awesome video. I took an "infrared" sauna today. But there was nothing RED in it! Only iron rods with foil backing. That's just a regular electrical heater. Isn't IR saunas supposed to have red light in it?? And what is that light? Other then regular bulbs shining through a red color.

Barbie Kat I think that is only sold in Australia. We purchased the the Evolve 360 10 & love it. The size keeps the IR heaters closer & it seems more efficient than the larger models. The Sauna purchasing gauntlet is brutal. Lots of false statements & frustrations. Good luck!

Some people do not prefer that they position their mounted heaters only in the corners of the sauna versus being directly behind the users body or in front. I would say that's the main critique so we have less efficient warming of core body and heating of the air more similar to a dry sauna. They have great construction quality though.
