It is interesting to note how forms of media like this , bring language recognition into the light . James Cameron's fantasy film Avatar and the deep history of the Jigonsaseh , strange parallel as well..

The year was 1666 in the mountains of what is now Sinnemahoning Pennsylvanis,Father Laborde a Jesuit Priest trying to convert a tribe that he described as grey eyes and lighter skin than the other tribes.kind of like this man. The chief one day came to him and said,"Black robe you are a demon". That poor jesuit priest didnt agree with the Chief and thought they were misguided for their belief in the beautiful forest goddess who brought wild life and flowers wherever she was.The Jesuit actually wrote about seeing her and that he almost converted to their beliefs until ,him trying to convert them, pissed her off to the point where she burned some of the village and disappeared into the flames ,causing others to flee into the fire as well .The Goddess was never seen again bringing to the end of that tribe .There are other stories of jesuit priest writing that they too saw the mother Goddess, they described her pretty much the same.

Bruh.. I had a dream of a female goddess and I’m a native from northern Canada and reading that gave me chills because I have no former recollection of any stories similar to this what so ever.. I’d go more deep into it and what I saw but if you want. Peace and love my friends!

@@evropatsar4282 As an explorer i can show you countless places where the mother Goddess used to be,the traces of beauty and wildlife are proof she existed until balck robe showed up and she disappeared.I would love to hear your story.

JO is this you have written here the story Wahiakeron is relating in his language?
I’m sorry I don’t understand Mohawk, it is beautiful to listen to.
A workmate named her daughter with a Mohawk word which describes a flower blossoming in the rising sun, it is so deeply endearing.

As a canadian i believe if you are patriotic to this country, you should picl up both english and french. Along with this, if possible you should attempt at learning at least a bit of a native american language, or even canadian gaelic. I live not too far from khanawake,a mohawk reserve, and im looking to one day learn a decent amount of mohawk to keep their language relevant and alive, and to encourage unity between the four national identities. I mentioned canadian gaelic because this dialect of scottish gaelic used to be widely spoken and was almost made official shortly after canadain independence. Alass, the politicians who wanted this language to be official got laughed at and treated with anti scottish sentiment. Nova scotia needs to have scottish gaelic official i believe. The name nova scotia literally means new scotland and the place still maintains a higjh percentage of celtic people their. Its just that only 200-400 people are able to speak at least some of it. Keep these neglected nations that helpped develop this country. Encourage unity and moulding between them
