There's actually one more detail on Guess Who Slapped Me that's not in this comp. When Shayne describing the slap on Damien's turn, He talked about the slap that is intimate and the person that slap care about him. Which make Ian thought that Shayne would guess Courtney. You can actually see Ian turning to see Courtney reaction but it's very fast!

Little detail, when people where slapping Shayne and even when it was Courtney's turn she had an arm in her stomach. That is a body language sign for someone who feels insecure, she was probably scared for Shayne.
Maybe you could say that is a stretch, but in the "who slapped me" of Noah she didn't do that, I feel like she was specially preoccupied for Shayne and that is cute.
