Hi, Just got a new A50 and it only has a slot for one sim and 1 sd. Is there a way to add a 2nd sim or is the US version of the A50 different?
is there any problem with signal strength of sim? I buy A10 but signal of sim is not good in my house and outside house is good. Other mobile did not have problem inside my house.
Hi sir change another sim card and rety if not working try to change settings from 4g to 3g

I'm a lot confused about how to push and pull the pin. How exactly do you do it?

You pop the key into the opening for the key. The insertion, slab, pops up, enough to grip it with your fingers. This is the push part. Gripping the slab for the memory card and sim you pull it out. This is the pull part.

I bought a 20 today and the sim slot is not opening ,I pushed it like I do with the others devices that require less power and pops out ,but a 20s (my device) it doesn't opens should I press hard ?

Mine is an a30 and it only has 2 slots one for the sim and the other for the SD card is long just like the one on the video but the 3rd slot is not open

The SIM goes ok, however I've been trying to put the SD CARD into the tray - apparently it fits - but I can't close it. I'm afraid to force it. Not using my SD card ever since. Regards from Brazil!
Had the same, you have to apply a little bit of pressure pushing the SD card down. Hope it helps!

Yes I thought mine wouldn't work, but you have to push hard and the tray pops out.
