Omg it worked! I work at a hospital so I just took some of the paper tape from work and put it on the soles. So much easier than using powder and such a good idea. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I just put baby powder on the outer sole of my boots and the noise stoped !! Before that to double check, I walked on a piece of fabric and there were no noise, so I guess it was just the contact of the outer sole on the floor. So, before taking off the insole, try the outer one, just in case. Wouah, that was easier than I thought ! I hope it'll be the same for you guys. squeak squeak squeeeeeak !🤣
You inspired me to try putting a pair on sock on the actual insole. Use a lightweight pair of no show socks, worked great! Thanks for sharing the information.
Do it the ARMY Way…use dryer sheets! Take out the sole. Use the sole as the pattern on the dryer sheet, cut out the pattern. Place the dryer sheet back into the shoe, Place sold back into the shoe on top of your dryer sheet pattern…and magic…instant Squeak Less Shoes!!
Got hoka speedgoat 5 and immediately squeezing on the left shoe took everything out and still squeezing. Went for one run will I be able to return and get a new shoe??

Hope it works out for yah. I would guess that the Gaviota's are not as curved in the arch as the Bondi's are resulting in less squeak. Thanks!
