The STRV S1 may not be fun to play but it prints credits faster than the US fed prints dollars. Plus it's standard round is 288mm pen APCR. It's not uncommon to play a T10 match and never need to dab the 2 key.
Yeah that was my main credit maker. One of my first premium tanks that a friend got me as a gift. I stupidly bought myself a CDC before that, but I learnt how to use the S1 and it became my main credit maker

The wz-111 will always have a special place in my heart. Was my first premium tank when my highest tech tree tanks were tier 6. I thought that because it had good alpha that it was a good tank.
I also got it after Löwe. I have still 54% win rate with it - but that is because I used to play it 10 years ago. I just came back, and now it feels absolutely awful.
@@6295607it has preferential mm so i advise you to slap turbo on it +excellent fuel and just go with mediums and take dominant position, wrecks everything when against 6 tiers and in hulldown, and it’s not like they can really runaway from this thing going max 55kph with 16hp/t while still being decent armoured
I have the isu-130 on the Asia server, it is pretty much as quicky described it poor pen, great dpm (amazing with premium, 570alpha-212pen-8sec reload). It is great at supporting medium tanks and it has good gun stats to be able to deal with most vehicles quite well (as long as they don’t have a lot of armour).
Was that the T8 or T9 STRV103B? Oh - that's the T10 Tech Tree TD... so you're a camp in the back schniper schitzel TD player and you just want to post a tepid irrelevant "flex"?

The WZ-114 is one of those tanks where the paper shows it has armor, but it really doesnt. If the pen-marker and premium-rounds were not in the game then maybe it would bounce a bit more. But as its is now its just a driving dmg piniata to me.
aiming for almost 4 seconds in this thing then missing or bouncing a fully aimed shot made me want to throw myself of a balcony, and then wait for 15s reload is completely infuriating, not to mention you cant sidescrape for shit, your 300mm turret has a massive easy to hit weakspot, its only plus side is the hp and thats it, so ''dmg piniata'' is a proper description.
for me Kanonen 105 is bloody awesome. Buffed camo rating on it, it became invisible.. i mean i can`t see myself sometimes. but armour is like on Ford Fiesta. Run fast to the spot, spank light tank, roll back go to heavy spot, spank them before they set up. it just works well for me. Plus 286 on regular and 330 pen on gold round and 400 alpha...not so bad.
This. It saddes me to see it on the bottom of peoples lists. This is litterally a super stealthy Leo without a turret. And no one seems to notice that it has some crazy HEAT velocity. Its speed and camo made me turn so many games that were deemed lost.
No idea how much of a pain it would be to do.. But if each class of tanks was a different color or had a different color outline it would be neat to see how many of the different types rate where. Happy holidays QB... love your stuff (most of the time)... keep it up
Premium tanks are almost always great when top Tier. My problem is I rarely get top Tier in any of mine. It makes my platoon buddy cringe if I invite him to platoon because if he's the platoon commander we get top tier all the time.
Wild to me that he's say the Tornvagn is a great performer and the Type 63 is only alright situational, considering the Tornvagn has worse dpm, accuracy, gun handling, gun depression, mobility view range and to some degree, turret armour.
I got the Bisonte when it was discounted, and I do enjoy playing it but it always seems to get penned through the front of the turret. It can be really frustrating. To put what QB says about the UK wheelies into perspective: The Concept 5 is the 2nd worst tier 10 vehicle when it comes to affecting the players winrate. It's so punishing to play it that even the best players in the game are getting more losses than they should when using it.
@@petterandersson7429 Apart from broken things like Bourrasque that withstand the passage of time. That thing will easily be relevant for an indefinite amount of time as long as WG doesn't simply make copies of that tank with improved statistics.
They have a new skin out for the 274a and I picked that one up, just may start playing it again being she has all the field mods already and was working on a build, the T- 59 should of never have been sold again because of Wolfpacking the game as being banned from sales all these years, which is funny being a native to North Carolina and our NC State Wolfpack college team, maybe I help start that being I owned it since it was first shown to us around 2011 -12 era on NA server, almost as old as my tier V Beta Sheman.

I'd love to hear what QB thinks of the Asia server MM now playing tier 8s. Reason being unlike EU, when you play tier 8 you will not see tier 6s, like ever. Best you get is vs tier 7s. It makes a lot of the comments about various premiums where the talk is about how well a tank does vs lower tiers, their rating would be quite different.
I actually really like the T-103 and a comment I saw recently made me realize why - it's like a T30 at tier 8. It's basically a heavy tank that can hull down somewhat (the turret armor isn't invincible but you'll get some bounces) with a BEEFY gun. You point the gun at the enemy, pray to RNGesus, then slap them for 500 HP. Love my Trash 103 :)
The craziest thing about the ISU-152K is that they took the BL-10 gun off the ISU-152 and 2 years back sold out to us on the ISU-152K... but at the same time the 152mm gun that replaced the BL-10 on the Tech Tree ISU-152 is *better* than the BL-10.
Yeah, that whole thing was ridiculous. Just an obvious marketing ploy to make money on a gun most people knew the name of. I played a lot of games with both guns on the original tank and the replacement gun was very similar, slightly better.
you also have to check the dates of those changes you mention. At the time they removed it, it was toxic to play/play with, but because there more better guns at the time isu152k was release it is balance and middle of the pack.

Imagine getting 1-2shot by that gun. we have more HP and Armor currently than the time it was removed. Before it was removed, A lot of players are complaining about that gun ALPHA, and after it was removed it was the enjoyer who is crying about it. But yeh, Emotions over facts, right?
I hate the ELC Even 90, it makes so many wot games unbearable. Playing other tier 8 lights isn’t fun when you know you’ll be matched up against this tank because of the template system
the isu-130 has soooo much potential. its scary. 490 alpha - up to 570 prem alpha - on a 6 second reload. so much potential. just rare you get to use it. i will say you surprise people, they think with 490 youll have a semi long reload
One of my all time favorite tanks is T-34-3. I have over 2k games with it and 65% win ratio. Combined with the armor, mobility and big alpha you can really sneak in those shots and occasionally take the role of a heavy. Also with my crew scouting can be done as well. All you need is patience to aim. Definitely my #1 recommendation from the bond store.
I don't know what's up between the T-103 and the SU-130pm. But i can make far more credits in the T-103 than the SU-130pm with the same amount of damage. I get consistent matches where i make 200k+ on a 5 minute game with the T-103. Where as for the SU-130pm i have never seen credits past 150k. Let alone that the play style is so much slower that for credits/min the SU-130pm is just not a good choice. I have crews for both, but prefer the T-103.

i have one and will probably never use it again. its gun is ok and it can get around fairly quickly but as soon as youre spotted youre targeted immediately by half the enemy team lol
Can't agree about the IS-6. First tier VIII premium I bought ten years ago. Never play it now it's been power crept to hell. I'd have put it in the Alright Situational for those rare games where you're top tier.
"Mutant" is actually decent imho. Except for very tiny weak spot on top (which is hard to hit due to tank being very high and if you go hull down it will be very hard to hit), the rest of the tank, frontally does not have any clear week spot. But the biggest "strength" of this tank is that it is still very rare (even after being available for sale multiple times) and players generally don't know "where to shoot". And if they load gold and fail to pen, they either look for different target or they panic and start to make mistakes. Also, it has mm+1. It is one of my favourite tier 8 prem tanks tbh. It is a shame QB has some bias against it tbh. WG should at least make a "copy-paste" tank with different name if they wanted to sell it again, but oh well, they did not.
The SU is better than the Scorpion, because the Scorpion is a German TD and WG could not bear it to be so successful, so they created a Russian/Sovjet TD which is just a tad better, to top it.
@@petrameyer1121 If you take into count all the combined stats of all USSR tanks (WN8, winrate, dpg) there is no evidence that suggests they have an advantage compared to other nations. I would love to see factual information which proves there is Russian bias, because it does not exist.
Thanks for making this video QB. I was surprised to see the type 59 so high on your list and it makes me hope I'll still be able to get a few good games out of it still. I bought it when it came out in 2011 or something and had been pretty pissed when they ruined it back then.
ima be completly real i got a style in 28 boxes and its for the cobra a tank i wish was easiyer to get insted of just tokens now i have to grind for 2 to 3 seasons just to get it and complete everything but its fine id say cobra is up in the teir list
Tbh as a guy who uses the WZ-111, it''s not that "avoid category" The gun depression is awful, it is depressing LOL. But it is very handy for my playstyle... It can be a pain when gun depression is mandated to shoot at the enemy, like at a hill, but overall... I think it is between alright and avoid. The armor could be handy and yeah it has 2 weakspots on the turrets, but it seems not many people shoot said weakpoits, possibly because WZ-111s are kinda rare. May if it was slightly more popular it would not hold itself that much, since people would learn it's weakpoints.
I would describe the GSOR 1010 as bouncy. If this vehicle had tracks, it would be 10X better. It gets stuck on the map more than any other tank. It can't stop when you want it, the gun never stops moving because the wheels seem to bounce off every rock you drove over. It's just frustrating to play.
as a 252 enjoyer my only gripe is the pen while the gold rounds are enough in a lot of cases i have ran into multiple instances where the pen is a set back. i also understand that if it had more pen it would be a broken tank for sure
KV-5 is the most fun. If you know what your doing it's OP even with its horrid weak point. You can shoot someone while driving full speed into them, then shoot them again. Absolutely wrecking anything.
QB have you played the IS-6 lately? PLEASE play it now and make a video of it! It had it's time back then, but nowadays it is a joke. I traded it years ago for an ELC (moooooh!) and never regret it.

I have the mutant from a loot box some years ago, I like it, seems ok. Quicky baby is still bitter about that promised exclusivity but Lets face it, all exclusivity in WOT is temporary, sooner or later they'll decide to sell, give away or make something similar again. How many vehicles do we have in game that are just reskinned variants of other vehicles? They would at best have made another version of this tank and just named it Mutant the Tank
I dont think the skoda t-56 is in the pay to win section. But it is limited by the pen on premium rounds is 248. so it really strugles against a lot of tanks. especially the new tier 9 premiums. Yes when it shoots at a light or medium tank og is able to see the lower plate of the tank its battling against. then it can deliver a heavy blow. but in a shootout where the enemy is in a hull down position it really has a difficult time. I still think it is powerfull though.
I couldn´t agree more. I bought this tank and I sold it after more or less 80 battles because his AP is shit, if u bounce a shot (sometimes bounce both) u are screwed. In addition to that his turret armor is horrendous. This is very situational tank, not P2W.
So......all those tier 8's I've bought over the years are in the avoid section, no surprise there really and WG wonder why they lose so many of their player base over the years.......
The only tank I have a bone to pick with QB on this list is the 56tp. that tank is NOT a good tank at all. No armor for a heavy, awful dpm, tho it is kind of quick. Good video tho.
Can you make a video on best beginner friendly tanks. So not tanks that r just broken but tanks that are competitive with an easy to understand play style. Maybe level 7s 8s 10s. I am new idk where to shoot on most tanks. Or a map position video might be cool too. I can understand how hard that would be being that most the time positioning situational. But love your content it’s helping me cope with a hard time in life!!!
It's not super competitive when i play it ,but that is probably me playing it :). I just can't get that tank work for me, for me till now it is decent maybe need to play it more.
what happened to 703 is the same thing that happened to Renegade, it is just harder to perform well in it in the current meta with all the new tanks that were released since 703 release, if it had AP standard round instead of that APCR that bounces every other shot u fire it would probably still be in the super competitive category.

Its utter dogturd. The gun handling is unbearable, gigantic weakspots , no dpm, sluggish. HP pool is a gift to the enemy team shooting it

My turtle went from 64% winrate to 52% after buff as most of my battles seem to be t10 and people see it now and go right to gold ammo

Loved the T32 as a regular tank, and I love the premium version. i wish they’d make more regular tanks into premiums with slightly different stats

the isu-130 has soooo much potential. its scary. 490 alpha - up to 570 prem alpha - on a 6 second reload. so much potential. just rare you get to use it. i will say you surprise people, they think with 490 youll have a semi long reload

One of my all time favorite tanks is T-34-3. I have over 2k games with it and 65% win ratio. Combined with the armor, mobility and big alpha you can really sneak in those shots and occasionally take the role of a heavy. Also with my crew scouting can be done as well. All you need is patience to aim. Definitely my #1 recommendation from the bond store.
I don't know what's up between the T-103 and the SU-130pm. But i can make far more credits in the T-103 than the SU-130pm with the same amount of damage. I get consistent matches where i make 200k+ on a 5 minute game with the T-103. Where as for the SU-130pm i have never seen credits past 150k. Let alone that the play style is so much slower that for credits/min the SU-130pm is just not a good choice. I have crews for both, but prefer the T-103.
Elc even 90 is the best tier 8 light tank I actively do 6-8k spotting every match with 2k damage

I know the cdc isn’t too special but in 2023 I used that for the final mission to unlock the 279 so it’ll hold a special place for me
i have one and will probably never use it again. its gun is ok and it can get around fairly quickly but as soon as youre spotted youre targeted immediately by half the enemy team lol

Can't agree about the IS-6. First tier VIII premium I bought ten years ago. Never play it now it's been power crept to hell. I'd have put it in the Alright Situational for those rare games where you're top tier.
"Mutant" is actually decent imho. Except for very tiny weak spot on top (which is hard to hit due to tank being very high and if you go hull down it will be very hard to hit), the rest of the tank, frontally does not have any clear week spot. But the biggest "strength" of this tank is that it is still very rare (even after being available for sale multiple times) and players generally don't know "where to shoot". And if they load gold and fail to pen, they either look for different target or they panic and start to make mistakes. Also, it has mm+1. It is one of my favourite tier 8 prem tanks tbh. It is a shame QB has some bias against it tbh. WG should at least make a "copy-paste" tank with different name if they wanted to sell it again, but oh well, they did not.
The SU is better than the Scorpion, because the Scorpion is a German TD and WG could not bear it to be so successful, so they created a Russian/Sovjet TD which is just a tad better, to top it.

@@petrameyer1121 If you take into count all the combined stats of all USSR tanks (WN8, winrate, dpg) there is no evidence that suggests they have an advantage compared to other nations. I would love to see factual information which proves there is Russian bias, because it does not exist.
Thanks for making this video QB. I was surprised to see the type 59 so high on your list and it makes me hope I'll still be able to get a few good games out of it still. I bought it when it came out in 2011 or something and had been pretty pissed when they ruined it back then.

ima be completly real i got a style in 28 boxes and its for the cobra a tank i wish was easiyer to get insted of just tokens now i have to grind for 2 to 3 seasons just to get it and complete everything but its fine id say cobra is up in the teir list
Tbh as a guy who uses the WZ-111, it''s not that "avoid category" The gun depression is awful, it is depressing LOL. But it is very handy for my playstyle... It can be a pain when gun depression is mandated to shoot at the enemy, like at a hill, but overall... I think it is between alright and avoid. The armor could be handy and yeah it has 2 weakspots on the turrets, but it seems not many people shoot said weakpoits, possibly because WZ-111s are kinda rare. May if it was slightly more popular it would not hold itself that much, since people would learn it's weakpoints.

I would describe the GSOR 1010 as bouncy. If this vehicle had tracks, it would be 10X better. It gets stuck on the map more than any other tank. It can't stop when you want it, the gun never stops moving because the wheels seem to bounce off every rock you drove over. It's just frustrating to play.
as a 252 enjoyer my only gripe is the pen while the gold rounds are enough in a lot of cases i have ran into multiple instances where the pen is a set back. i also understand that if it had more pen it would be a broken tank for sure
KV-5 is the most fun. If you know what your doing it's OP even with its horrid weak point. You can shoot someone while driving full speed into them, then shoot them again. Absolutely wrecking anything.

It had it's time back then, but nowadays it is a joke. I traded it years ago for an ELC (moooooh!) and never regret it.

I have the mutant from a loot box some years ago, I like it, seems ok. Quicky baby is still bitter about that promised exclusivity but Lets face it, all exclusivity in WOT is temporary, sooner or later they'll decide to sell, give away or make something similar again. How many vehicles do we have in game that are just reskinned variants of other vehicles? They would at best have made another version of this tank and just named it Mutant the Tank

I dont think the skoda t-56 is in the pay to win section.
But it is limited by the pen on premium rounds is 248. so it really strugles against a lot of tanks. especially the new tier 9 premiums.
Yes when it shoots at a light or medium tank og is able to see the lower plate of the tank its battling against. then it can deliver a heavy blow. but in a shootout where the enemy is in a hull down position it really has a difficult time.
I still think it is powerfull though.
I couldn´t agree more. I bought this tank and I sold it after more or less 80 battles because his AP is shit, if u bounce a shot (sometimes bounce both) u are screwed. In addition to that his turret armor is horrendous. This is very situational tank, not P2W.
i hope they never make Czechoslovakian tds like the ShPTK TVP 100, makes it so unique

The only tank I have a bone to pick with QB on this list is the 56tp. that tank is NOT a good tank at all. No armor for a heavy, awful dpm, tho it is kind of quick. Good video tho.
Can you make a video on best beginner friendly tanks. So not tanks that r just broken but tanks that are competitive with an easy to understand play style. Maybe level 7s 8s 10s. I am new idk where to shoot on most tanks. Or a map position video might be cool too. I can understand how hard that would be being that most the time positioning situational. But love your content it’s helping me cope with a hard time in life!!!

It's not super competitive when i play it ,but that is probably me playing it :).
I just can't get that tank work for me, for me till now it is decent maybe need to play it more.
That tank is for high skill cap player so if you're not that level yet, it wouldn't be a good experience when playing it.

As someone who likes both I really don't understand how 703 is lower than bisonte.
what happened to 703 is the same thing that happened to Renegade, it is just harder to perform well in it in the current meta with all the new tanks that were released since 703 release, if it had AP standard round instead of that APCR that bounces every other shot u fire it would probably still be in the super competitive category.

t34 used to be auto bounce as long as you were hull down, but today light tanks pen the turret lol, just give it 700 turret armour
