I used to put my car battery in my sugar wash to energize the yeast, not anymore :) I actually use DATE as a yeast nutrient, and it has Vitamins B6-12, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Copper & low traces of Zinc. The Wash I do actually ferments in almost half the time and leaves a very smooth nice taste in distilling
i’ve always just bought bags of turbo yeast for my sugar wash. its always worked well ive always ended with 18-19% i’ve recently switched to making my own, i bought daddy yeast, ld carlson yeast energizer and a Energizer booster from the local brewery store. I don’t care how I mix this shit up it doesn’t work
