The end color turned into more of a siren, teal combo but ultimately ended up being one of my favourite transformations of the summer.

I love watching your videos and your daring in dyeing your hair some many beautiful colors. I would love to hear about some temporary colors. I have bleached and color treated hair but would love a little whimsy sometimes. Any suggestions would be wonderful or anything in your brand would be even better. ❤
This colour is amazing! About your own hair dye brand I always thought it would be interesting if a brand had two versions like one that was meant to last long for people that don't enjoy dying it as frequently and one that is supposed to fade a bit more for people like me who really enjoy switching it up but have faced pretty and consequences from using to much bleach. Anyways for whenever you do create your own hair dye brand I can't wait!

YES! I love having a long lasting primary color but sometimes find myself wanting to change out my secondary color quite often for a less drastic but still fun change. I would LOVE a line that formulated the same colors to be both in a long lasting line and a quick fade line so that the dyes compliment each other better. It would also be interesting to experiment with, because with them being the same dye brand I’d be more comfortable mixing a quick fade dye into a long lasting dye to temporarily alter the color to tone the hair base without keeping that color permanently. It would be fun to see and she’s the perfect person to try it as she’s all about experimenting with color theory in non conventional ways.
A color that I haven't seen Stella try at lest not all over in a very long time is an extremely vibrant, intense electric blue all over.
This green is my absolute favorite color on you!!! I've said it before and you look amazing in ANYTHING BUT this is my fave!!! Youbare beautiful

About haircolor line: Big bottles of product and medium/long lasting color. I usually try keeping the same hair color for a long time and it's really frustrating to keep buying a shitton of small bottles (specially if it's online)

I had an idea, as you were creating the mint shade; that you should create a hair color recipes book when you release it to the public. It might help us figure out how to mix shades and depths. A "Bonus" chapter could be your fav recipe like the emerald 🤭. Like 1 oz yellow 2 oz blue 3 oz white.
The premise reminds me of the lip color device, to make your own shade of lip color. It would be so rad if your color could dispense from a bigger one of those 🤣.

Stunning as usual! About your product, I know many people (myself included) sometimes stop using a product because the smell triggers their asthma/migraines, so I’d recommend very light smell!
Sooooo beautiful. I think a semi permanant with both options of being quick to fade and long lasting would be amazing! I realize thats alot. Also shine!!! Please include shine enhancing ingredients. I find alot of semi permanants have a flat appearance

This color is so pretty! For the questions about the hair dye brand, I have a very small budget when it comes to doing my hair. Right now I am not doing it at all because the budget is that low. I used to do my own hair alot and what I would want from a hair dye brand is primary colors!!! Alot of hair dye brand have alot of colors that look like primary colors but when you mix them it is so not good. I am not opposed to getting mixed colors that are already prepared but it would be nice to have colors that are gonna be perfect for us to mix like you did today! I also love a dye that fades because I have faced some extremely staining hair dye that was low key impossible to cover up and I hated it but at the same time I have tested dye that fades so fast that it was basically gone after like 2 washes and that was dissapointing as I have oily hair. Also I love that the dye you tested was pigmented enough to cover the banding under!

I would really love a dye line that does both. The exact same shades twice - one version long lasting, the other version quick fade - so you can pick what you're in the mood more thab just once :)

I like medium fragrance, and color that gradually fades , so it looks different, but good every couple shampoos, and of course wicked shine and conditioning!!🧜🏻♀️
I'd prefer low fragrance because I do like scent, just not when it's too overpowering. I prefer to buy semi permanent dyes and colours that are vibrant. As for cost I think somewhere around 16-17 dollars is my personal budget because I do have long hair, so I need to buy more than one container of dye. Also, maybe put the dye in like kind of a flexible tube thing so that we can be able to use every drop of dye instead of having to leave some behind in a hard to get out container?
And please 8oz versions, love having more on hand and easy to use packaging
In terms of fragrance, I love the grape bubblegum smell of Arctic Fox. On me it’s still pretty strong after a few washes. Something fun like that would be awesome!
I would love to see a range of semi permanent dyes that are in natural tones - every other line focuses on fashion colors in the semi-permanent range.
@@taylorbowles5183 I just lookef. The closet thing to natural arctic fox has is burgundy / black / gray. Overtone has copper and brown. Lime crime has a copper, and manic panic has gingers and greys. I don’t want red hair (my natural hair is a 7 ash so grow out would be terrible). Are there ones I’m missing?
I'd love for you to come out with semi permanent natural shades. I'm guessing it won't be your initial launch but there is a huge demand for it! I prefer the consistency of Directions hair dye, and fragrance free.

Bold color that fades within 10-15 washes. $20 for 6 OZ of hairdye sounds fair and is pretty much the standard for semi permanent. I would love a floral scent since most have candy scents and also a medium to light scent sounds better than an overpowered scent like most have. So glad you ate taking input from fans and i cant wait to try what you come up with 😊

Wish...a dye that don't change my curls and also can use vivid colors on almost natural black hair. Impossible ? Idk. But would be something that break the market. Btw, loooove what you did, love that pastel turned into an electric blue green and how also gives light to the emerald green specially remmembery how was your hair before. Impressive.🎉
I've had emerald green hair for about 3 years now and haven't thought about changing it once! You inspired me when you dyed it for the first time! It's your colour and I would die if you had a specific dye for it, as I am constantly doing colour theory to make it the perfect colour and the result ends up different every time. Love your videos over in the UK, and would absolutely buy your dyes!
I'm so excited for a hair dye brand from you! I love the idea of having different types of semi permanent dyes that either fade quickly or last longer, if it's possible to have both kinds I think it would be great for all kinds of people (I know I've wanted both at different times in my life, either long lasting or fading quickly) and this hair is absolutely GORGEOUS!!
For the hair color I love when there conditioner based and very pigmented the dye I use a lot of times is X mondo it’s more expensive but I can dye my hair 4 or 5 times because there’s so much and I have short hair I would also love some rainbow colors and of course your signature jewel toned colors. Im so excited for these dyes Stella and I can’t wait to try them!❤

as for you hair dye question, i’d say i want the brightest, most vivid, truest primaries. and maybe a longevity option. like a formula/line of colors that can last long along with its counterpart of the same colors that fade quicker, but all still semi permanent.

About your questions, smell is not the most important since fantasy colour dye does not have a chemical smell. The long lastingness is for me the most interesting in orther to be able to change and create new things.
Lastly ,the hair colour you got this time is one of my favourites. Looks gorgeous💚
I love her hair transformation. This one is my favourite.
Stella, color theory is how color mixing works optically. But you also need to consider color intensity, in RGB it means some colors are brighter than others so you need to overcorrect in your mix. And for CMYK it means that some dyes are stronger than others. Like for example yellow is a very light dye that needs higher concentration in order to be an “even” mix with a blue. Since blue is a color that is both optically darker and more colorfast than yellow dye. I say it as someone who dyes a lot of things and does colormatching
This is also very important for printing as well, because an image might look good as a cmyk render on a screen. But in reality even the slightest bit of green (to add gray tones) in the image composition will muddle up any beige. And the solution is instead a bit unconventional, like lowering saturation on the whole thing, and removing like 70% of the blue values
Out of all the colors Stella has done on her hair green is my absolute favorite on her.

RE: dye - scentless or very mildly scented products are more inclusive imho, as perfume can cause irritation, nausea etc
I think it would be neat to have 2 versions of your dyes, one that lasts long and another that fades more quickly so it allows switching between colors frequently. I also think it's good to have the basic primary colors and then a collection with more particular colors (like jewel tones, for example)

I always look for my hair dye to be rich in colour, last a good amount of time, fades evenly, smells not strong and not nasty, I want conditioning, price will reflect quality so not overly bothered as long as it is the best and everything I’m looking for.

As for your color line, im really excited for that too, i think most customers would want the color to last longer rather than it fade and change it. I also think people would enjoy medium fragrance that was its not an overpowering scent yet enjoyable for most. I know you're going to produce a high quality product. you've been working so hard so based only on my experience from buying similar products in the past, i think between $25- $35 USD is a reasonable price range. Good luck on this line and all future projects you have!!

Ooo good question! I love a good low-maintenance hair dye. Something that I can apply once a month as easy as putting on a hair mask. Low to no smell. Highly pigmented but have the option of adding something to soften the colour. For something like this, budget would be under $30AUD.
For experimenting with colour, I'd love a way to keep track of what portions I'm adding so i could duplicate it.
The three primary colour pots, I'd be happy to pay up to $20AUD each.

Love this colour on you! For the hair dye questions, I prefer low/no fragrance, colours that come out easily, and are super conditioning. Price, I’m flexible, but I would say under AUD$35 per colour for 150-200ml of product would be ideal, if achievable, but I’m also willing to splurge on high-quality products. I am super excited for your hair dyes!

Oooo I like the idea of a fast-ish fading dye, but enough in the bottle to refresh the dye in the future, also I always rly like a light scent, and a conditioning/repairing formula to help damaged and bleached hair… I love ur channel btw
I would LOVE a variety of sizes to choose from if you have short hair or long hair. I hate having too little hair die or too much hair dye left over. Also having a pastelliser/ conditioner to ligten the color would be nice but the primary colors being pigmented but coming out of the hair easily without a ridiculous stain. I like smells if they are fruity not perfume. Also hair die that has some benefits for your hair.

My preferences for products are:
-medium to no scent (for reference, i don't use artic fox bc their scent is waaay too intense and it gives me a headache)
-creamy consistency that's not too thick so it applies easier and conditions at the same time
-medium lasting colors. I like to switch it up frequently so i like something that's easy to remove but doesn't disappear out in two washes
-i like to mix my own colors as you do, so if i'm purchasing a few colors i'm not willing to spend over 12€ per bottle
-i prefer a bottle like the ones from your sample that are wide so that i can get every last drop of product (unlike squeeze bottles)
-it would also be amazing to see natural colored semi permanent dyes! like different browns and tones of blonde if that's possible
-cute packaging is always a plus!

i Really like the mint green highlights mixed with the dark green. That aspect is really pretty,. I do feel that there are a few parts that look a little muddy, and a spots in the middle that are a little too yellow. i think if a touch of either darker green or blue was added to the middle, that would really pull it together even more
Okay but can we appreciate the holographic like dye that was in Stella’s hair before dying it, cause like that was beautiful. Kinda wish there was a slight tent of teal in it to make the holographic more cohesive while still doing her money pieces.❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥😎😎😎✨✨✨✨

That color combo is gorgeous. I am into the greens and blues I normally leave artic fox on my hair for 2 hrs. I wash my hair from twice a week to every 2 days. And the color stays a long time I will re-dye once a month at the most. I love long lasting

Yes, the result was more green than mint, even on the front strands, but still, it was very interesting to watch how you mix colors, the color came out amazing, my favorite mint, thanks for the video ❤ I also really like the grey-silver colors on the hair, it looks very stylish and expensive. You had a video, one of my favorites, about rose gold. It would be cool to do something similar, only about grey-silver colors.

I would love to see a permanent dye with fun colors like bright green and bright purple and stuff like that. Because I love the payoff of a semi-permanent color but I'm always disappointed with how long they last and the maintenance I have to do to keep them looking good.
I think maybe 2 options in terms of longlividy would be awesome. Basically 2 color lines with the same colors, one long lasting and the other not so much. I tend to experiment a lot and whenever I end up with something I don't like as much I always feel like i need to wash it vigorously or even bleach my hair again to get it out so I can do something else. With the 2 options it would make finding the right color for me soo much easier. And if I end up wanting it for a long time I just get the longer lasting version of the same color!

I think it will be very difficult to achieve a one-fit-for-all hair dye, since everyones opinion is so different. In general I think most people would gravitade towards dyes that get out of the hair without much damage, whilst being highly pigmented- but that is difficult to achieve, too!😂
Vibrant colors with great conditioning elements and a texture that easily melts into the hair would be my preference. Iam looking forward to your creations, thank you for taking us with you on this journey! A wonderful edited video, as always!
Green is my favorite on you, as well! I really love the minty green against the faded purple, which faded out looking slate gray. And the only input I would have on your semi permanent dyes, would be about fragrance. The smell will make or break whether I use a certain brand. Nothing too strong, but more on the clean/ minty/ fresh side? Or even a fruity smell is good. Two of my absolute favorites for smell are XMondo and Arctic Fox. That's my input opinion, and I can't wait! Hope we can get them in the USA!
