I understand where you're coming from (as a realtor) As a buyer, I think Montana will not dip as hard as it could in some blue states, but I do believe we're seeing a trend. I'm seeing 2.5% and 10% drops in asking prices in a matter of the last 2 weeks. Since this video was published.
Great observations and comments! We are seeing reductions in asking prices, but some areas (Bozeman and Helena for example) are still seeing multiple offers over asking price, many still with cash. I would love to see the market “normalize”, and that may be what we see soon with the rest of the country leading the way. So many factors contribute, so only time will tell.
