I couldn't agree more! I was so pleasantly surprised watching this. I'm usually cringing at the asinine questions that very gifted actors have to endure and politely respond to during interviews about their work. This piece had a refreshing amount of depth. I'll be keeping a look-out for more of her material.
She hasn't missed the point. Cloud Atlas is about the legacy we leave, she's just looking at it from the specific point of their characters, which is very sensible as an interviewer. You should work your questions to focus on your interviewee's perspective.
