MT face and N160 face are quite different brother. Bajaj may get inspired by the MT face look but the projector LED is in the centre and with the DRLs, where MT got projector LED seperately fitted below both DRLs, and deeper.
MT advantages : VVA technology, 6th gear, 4 valve engine, eye-catching robotic look, gold anodized USD(v2 only), liquid cooling system, wider tyre.
Comparatively N160 advantages : Dual channel Abs, long/split/soft seat, double stand, *crash guard, charging point, 14 ltr metal tank, that bassy exhaust note with a sweet cut in the price compared to MT15.
Every brand got a seperate fan base. People choosing as per their taste.

One of the main reason for mt15 over his win on ns160 is that mt15(138-139kgs) body is 12kg lighter than ns160(151kgs)

MT-15 V2 comes with single channel ABS only & not with dual channel ABS. Here obviously winner will be MT-15 because it's technically advanced bike. It has VVA technology, 6 Gear, liquid cooling & 4V engine. On the other hand N160 has only 2 Valve engine which is not suitable for High speed cruising. You can't compare these two bikes as price difference is huge!!
