Totally right! Sadhguru said not understanding the meaning is the best way to chant, because you only have the sound to focus on. Brahmananda Swarupa worked a miracle on me before I had any idea what it meant--the sound is all that matters, meaning is just intellectual addons. But make sure you get the sound right, pay close attention to pronunciation.
I disagree with not knowing what words are being said. This should not be blindly do what I say. There is absolutely no reason in the age of information not to provide the words. People could then translate and decide for themselves if this is something they want listen to all day..instead of any instrumentals music that resonates with them
