A few people did the monster math and actually buying blooms directly saves gold and stigma.
Unless you have 1k+ peguins stocked from before the update, the cost to level up (gold cost) and then upgrade the rank (gold and blooms/stigma) is actually MORE than just upgrading directly from buying blooms with stigma.
This method also takes longer because instead of a few clicks you have to lvl up and rank up a few units.
Most efficient method is to just release/transmit the 2* fodder you get and convert the blooms to epic blooms.
Yeah they chase around the tail too much with this method.
U Sure dawg? im really asking, because i was too lazy to do the Math and im playing it for only 7 days.
But, for what i can see... gold isnt the biggest problem in the long Run, ofc... now in the start im a Beggar, but u can Sell ur Epics Penguins and even the other ones, and use the lesser to upgrade all the food.
But the amount of Stigma i did spend to upgrade a 6* seems way less than just buying the blooms... i think it was 50k, next for sure i will do the Math!

@@JoaoSilva-lm4bnexactly lol everyone is ignoring epic and many experienced penguins we get from a 3 , 3 , 3 farm while buying 10 peguins. You'll get a lot of gold plus transmit stones
Actually you're wasting many resources doing this. Notice how a 4* hero plus 16* golden flowers (which together are worth 20 golden flowers) are worth exactly 4 purple flowers, since 1 purple = 5 golden = 25 silver. You can do the conversion directly at the promotion screen, when you don't have purple flowers it will ask you to convert lower flowers into it, with no cost. You're using penguins and gold promoting for no reason.
the penguins are supposed to be bought with stigma too. there is no penguin meter for free penguins and veteran players before the stigma update have surplus. this method might be beneficial to them but not for players like me who came after stigma update. overall, i feel like the cost is gonna be more or less same imo

@@VolumeControlGaming is the cost of penguins required to level 2 star fodder from lvl 1 to lvl 40 and the blooms needed to promote them to 5 star taken into consideration or is it just hear say?
@@VolumeControlGaming I believe many people have already done the math, and it actually comes out to be more efficient buying blooms directly if you have upgrades in forest - this method is more effort and slightly more stigma cost
@@hwangnim_if you have upgrades in forest aren't you getting epic penguins? You get a lot of gold when you sell them! Is that taken into consideration?

You're simply wrong, there are much better ways of producing blossoms more efficiently, such as PLAYING THE GAME. stigma buffs go crazy, and you can spend like 300 skystones in shop for the 3 day exp buff to increase the production. Stigma gain is affected by exp buffs, and if you're doing arena at the bare minimum it's a net gain on skystones. Sorry if this comes off as critical, but I just wanted to inform some people in this chat about it.
Saving lifes one at a time
The best way to get to 6 star is this:
get 60k stigma buy 60 greater Spirit blooms for 51.000 then get 70 lesser spirit blooms for round about 9k I think and now you'll need 5 2 star fodder and get them to 5 star

but mine is the most efficient way stigma wise because it gets cheaper the moment you summon and transmit the 3 stars you got
i've been trying to find an optimal method for promotion. originally it takes 85k stigma to promote one. with your method. 60k spent for blooms, wonder how much of the saved 25k stigma gonna be used to level 5 x 2star units from lvl 1 to lvl 40, at this point it would be better to buy purple blooms like normal. i wish someone could calculate the amount of stigma saved. a lil bit of rng involved while levelling 2 star fodder since type of penguin popped out might differ
@@--Seratin- don't think there is a way to get a 6 star without spending at least 60k stigma -->350 lesser spirit blooms (aussuming you already have enough penguins to level 25 2star fodder to 4 star)

In order to promote to 5*, you'll need 15,980 stigma worth of blooms. You'll get back 17,000 stigma for those purples (+80 I guess)
In order to level up to 5*, you'll need 170,500 exp. I have 3/3/3 forest and let's say I get exact 70 newbie 27 experienced and 3 epic penguins in 100 pulls. 1 pull cost me 102 stigma and give me 12,760 exp. It will cost 1,363 (1,362.9 rounds up) stigma worth for that exp.
So... unless you have some kind of ways to get infinite amount of exp. I don't want to use 17,343 stigma + gold to promote/level to get that 17,000 stigma worth thank you very much

Second option for "Just promote to 4* and transmit"
Transmit gives 3,400 stigma
To get to 4* needs: 2,380 stigma + 528 stigma (527.5 rounds up) = 2,908 stigma..
Oh wa... okay... new method then....
