Auch ich wäre sehr dankbar über weitere Videos von Emden aus der Vogelperspektive! Mein Wünsch wäre dabei den Stephansplatz/Café Einstein näher unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Aber jedes Fleckchen der Stadt würde mich freuen.

Indeed Emden is a small city with 50,000 inhabitants, but it can grow - there is strill enough ground avaiable for building new factories such as Tesla, and the city has a good infrastructure: harbour, train station and motorway (A31). There should be enough workers avaiable - they could come from all over Germany or even from entire EU; many people who lost their job at the former ship yard (Thyssen Nordseewerke) are looking for new work in East Frisia.
