I'm running the same and I feel Great as well. You can up the test a little more. I'm 56 and the deca really helps my joints and I get get great work outs.

It was never synthol. This has been talked about for the umpteenth time. Gregg was putting full bottles of test prop in his arms. It was all the suspension from the oil. It was NOT synthol. But the silly Momo‘s don’t pay attention.
Better alternatives for barbell rows once it gets to a point you either can’t feel barbell rows or lower back is trashed . Smith Machine rows Standing cable straight bar rows over or under Meadows rows One arm barbell rows
Absolutely not true lol especially considering there are probably 5 dozen different brands of smith machines out with different angles . I’ve used smith machines standing on the floor with my back 90 degrees to the floor and pulling to my lower abs easily . And other smiths i had to stand on a couple of 25’s no big deal . But how you position your body determines if you can pull to the waist or not
@ for people that can’t feel barbell rows they need to try other movements . My lats and my back on my easiest body parts to build I could feel my fucking lats on deadlifts. I’m also 50 years old so my lower back isn’t what it used to be. I’d much rather do two plates each side or 2 1/4 on the Smith machine and squeeze my lots every single wrap and get a good stretch then do 135 with the bar and possibly tweak my lower back out even with perfect form a belt and everything . Not every exercise is good for every person .

Deca dick seems really user specific. I have friends touch it all and get it. I can take 600mg deca and run 200 mg test weeks and weeks and never have a problem. Super high drive and no problem with ed. I think it's the high estrogen from uncontrolled high test that makes the deca sides worsen
I’ll be honest with you bud, if you claim you’re taking 200MG test/600MG of Dec, and you look as small as you do in your avatar, then you don’t eat enough OR your gear is bunk. Possibly both.

He did pullovers and pulldowns that way and rev grip rows (plenty of pics) he only changed to overhand grip after tearing his bicep, which he tore doing rev grip bent over rows, just because you havnt seen something doesnt mean its not true or didnt happen!

If you paid attention at all, (which you haven’t), Dave’s talked about this is the best he’s ever felt. Years ago, he was almost way too skinny and looked almost emaciated. He’s filled out, put on more muscle and trains five days a week. You’re perceived look on unhealthy doesn’t translate to meaning that he actually is unhealthy. If Dave is feeling good in all areas physically, that’s all that matters.
