This also happens to me When I summon on Pain and Sakura banner, got all justus but the 4star of pain is missing because all the 2 remaining banners has a lower chances and it is all a joined banners
This is nothing new, this also happened when the 1st REKIT of Sasuke and Naruto TFS Came a year ago because their banner are joined banners
