There is one more component which is "Your PF contribution", which also should be subtrated from ur in hand .... plus 200 professional tax...

This is because jo PF amount h vo company ne jitna pay kiya utna tumhare in hand se bhi cut hoga... like 1300 1400 minus kr lo aur 200 professional tax bhi minus kr lo..
If we want to break up the total CTC in fixed and variable components, then only monthly performance pay and quarterly bonus will be under variable and rest will be fixed. Is my understanding correct? If not please clarify.....
