This is a Gorgeous Home. I love the kitchen with my pot filler. The Master Bath with the walk-thru shower with bench & hand wand! It just needs a Den and the kitchen open to Den or the living room. It’s better to be able to communicate with others while cooking.❤

Hey Fred, what are your top 5 manufactures? We just bought a Sunshine Prime 2010 and were definitely torn between Sunshine and The Shorline by Franklin. Both of them seem to be built very high quality, compared to a lot of other manufactures.
It depends on where you are located, what you need for your property for the house to be set up, lots of factors. The best bet is to contact a sales center near you that sells Franklin homes and have them price out this house for you.
That bathroom floor is gougeous. I think I could do the whole house with it

So hard to say. In no specific order: Winston, Sunshine, Deer Valley, Franklin, Champion, Palm Harbor and Oak Creek
