However, the writers have confirmed that the setting of the fourth Sonic film will no longer be planet earth, our planet, perhaps another planet who knows how many light years away or perhaps the parallel world of another dimension, but they have confirmed that for the next Sonic film they want to use much more imaginative and unprecedented settings.

Because think about it when sonic one came out, it took one year or two years. I don’t know what it is to come out for the second then it took another one or two years to come up with the third. He knows it because it’s like a pattern.
