Dylan was murdered because he cried excessively because he was born drug addicted. An innocent punished for his mother’s crimes against him. WTF is wrong with this world.

Not only was he probably still going through drug withdrawals but hed been beaten & had many broken bones & bruises. Broken ribs are excruciatingly painful. Hed have felt it everytime he took a breath. He had also been taken from the only family who had actually taken proper care of him & loved on him & he was thrown into a drug addled violent home with people who didnt properly care for him. This sweet innocent little baby deserved so much better than these monsters.

you know you need more training to be a hair stylist than a parent. there should be laws and testing done on parents. Although, here clearly are a bunch of ignorant goonies they could have easily given the baby up at the hospital and go back to there drug bingeing lifestyle. they didnt need to swing Dylan in the air by his leg and throw him against the wall then stomp on him. this is the only way he could have that many injuries. there is clearly more to the story no one is telling. A dream catcher huh? no way!!

First of all, if this baby was born with drugs in his system, the baby is removed from his or her family's home. Therefore the baby should not have been released with his Mom and Dad until he was out of woods from withdrawal 's from these drugs. Why didn't the hospital keep him? In so much as the Mom and Dad had been doing Methanmetiphine during her pregnancy and the baby being born with this drug in his system why was the child not taken from the parents, placed in foster care and for the forseeable future until they got clean themselves? This is not in anyway excusing what the Mom did intentionally or unintentionally but the hospital dropped the ball.

So let's see: Daniel didn't know his wife was doing drugs. Didn't know she was pregnant. Didn't know she was missing prenatal appointments. Didn't know she was not going to Majahgen or drug rehab or continuing her drug use. Didn't know she was beating their son to death. We all know he knew EVERYTHING because he could not stand up to her and whatever she said or wanted or told him to do he would do. He got her drugs. He let her harm Dylan.

They were willing to let her take that baby home with her (after she got out of the nicu) alone as long as she took some drug classes and there was a representative (friend or family - she was going to pick her drug addicted boyfriend) that would check in on them every week and sign off that they were doing ok.... this happens everyday it’s heartbreaking.

I can’t imagine how many more children would be wards of the state if they weren’t allowed to go home with parents who are using, but which is better? Both the state and addicted parents are apathetic caretakers with no regimented schedule or ability to help a child thrive.

It just doesn't work with a dead baby thrown down a well and him not taking her garbage anymore. It would have been far better if he had called 9-1-1 when Dylan died and taken his chances with the truth. It very much appears that she, over the years, has tricked her brain to believe her manipulative emotional outbursts (pointing outwards) to be real emotions of the persona (pointing inwards). Jessica truly believes that what she feels is her own real sadness and remorse, but it isn't. And we recognise this difference, making her seemingly without conscience or faking emotions for effect. I wished I would have skipped the foster mom’s testimony! It was absolutely heartbreaking! She wanted him sooooo badly, and they just didn’t! Good thing you didn’t see it. Her testimony has stuck with me since!

@@forscience9977 because if you were taking a urine test and actually urinating in the cup you would say, " I went in the restroom, peed in the cup, gave them the sample...etc" But he said he went in2 the restroom "put" the urine in the cup, etc... How do you put urine in the cup if you aren't depositing it from another source? It was a slip of the tongue that you would ONLY make subconsciously if you did in fact PUT it in the cup, not just pee in the cup....

Why did they not give the baby back to he foster lady? Jessica never wanted the baby. Why did children services return baby to a druggy mom and Dad. They dropped the ball, and Dillon paid the price. Jessica should get life for inflicting pain on that baby over and over.

That's the thing I don't get either, if you. don't want the baby, why fight so hard to keep it? Could it be money? If CPS takes 1 child, are the others at risk of being taken? IDK

I wonder if money is a factor in reuniting children with parents as soon as possible because then they don’t have to continue to pay the foster parent.

Baby Dylan left the hospital with his foster mom, not Jessica and Daniel.. The county cps workers wanted to send Baby Dylan home with dad, but the hospital social workers actually fought them on it. They're the only ones who truly cared for Baby Dylan's safety... But 12 days after Dylan left the hospital with his caring foster mother, the county department of children services went ahead with their recommendation and let dad get baby Dylan, as long as mom wasn't in the home. Yet when cps did home visits, Jessica was ALWAYS there, holding baby. I'm so confused as to why they didn't take him right then and there. Idiots.

It's up to CPS. The hospital probably called the hotline but nurses can't decide if a mother can be released or not.

The 20 minutes or so of filming Daniel and Jessica after their cross examinations is very telling. They both are obviously not happy with how it turned out and Jessica manipulates Daniel with her constant crying. I think it was at this point they both realized that their strategy of getting Daniel a lighter sentence was not going to work.
