How long did it last. They are good for around 100 pulls before they break.
yeah im pretty sure sticking a screwdriver in the cylinder is what you dont do.......
How to wreck your piston 101 : Block it with any pointy & rigid thing (screwdrivers are perfects for that) and apply force.

O my God he is crazy that will bust a piston dummy the best thing to do is to stuff a rag down the spark plug that will hold it until u take everything apart Good way not to break

a better way to stop the flywheel from moving is to use a rag or some rope instead of a screwdriver

My 49 cc wuad bike's pull starter is really hard to pull. Is that because it's old or are they supposed to be hard to pull?
some engine are very hard to pull, in this case we would recommend to replace the pull start and flywheel to new version easy pull start system

hello mate can you do a video on the difference between an easy pull start and non easy pull start?
Simple. The non easy pull start is harder to pull but it spins faster. The easy pull start is easier to pull but it spins slower. ☺️

Should put rope in the head to stop it turning, that screw driver would have damaged the bore
In the middle of the new fly wheel... what part is that called ? I need the middle part as my pull start wont engage with the flywheel.

Hi, what you want to buy? complete engine? yes if you buy complete engine it will be ready to instal, just make sure you purchase one with the same gear as your old one

HI Jan, I gues it is a black plastic one, as the metal ones are easy to remove. Try to disconnect the rear shock at the bottom and lift the quad up, that will give you the room for screw driver, there are 2 bolts which needs to be removed in cover one on each side.
