The problem of kisumu are corruption in lands department, where one plot of land can be sold to several people hence leading to court cases than never ends. Too much exaggeration of prices of things from land to even just rentals and that is why you see one preferring to invest in Nakuru rather than kisumu.

Maintaining and improving what has been achieved is huge:- cleanliness, crisp organization, improving the built environment, beautifying public spaces and improving their accessibility, being peaceful and civil with one another, etc..

The video is good enough except for some misinformation, like where you state that “the first contractor was laid off because of various issues including corruption” (at minute 2:10 of the video).
That’s completely false.
The contractor invoked the contractual conditions and terminated the contract due to inordinate delays in payments.
Thanks for that clarification. Jarunda misled his audience with his own version which is not true, how I wish he had done his homework well.

The first contractor terminated the contract due to non payment of the GoK portion of the funds, not corruption.
