I have a LG semi-automatic machine having 6 kg capacity. I purchased it in 2004 and have had minor problems on or or two occasions. Otherwise, it has been working like a powerhorse. But now its spin section motor is burnt. So, I am planning to buy a new one. Going by my experience, I will prefer semi-automatic as it saves electricity and water and washes clothes properly.

I am confused which one to buy , semi or fully automatic, my friends say in semi auto, we can put delicate office wear in between wash so I don't have to separate hand wash them, but there is much manual work in semi auto machine. Fully automatic we don't have this option, so washing time is approx 1 hour by that time delicate clothes are damaged. Please suggest
