The part I'm most impressed with is how they just casually remove Kong from all these shots.
Same. They must have completely recreated parts of the ship behinds him. They matched the lighting and movement perfectly.
Yeah, amazing. Any idea how they do it?
Well, as you know, Kong had it added to his contract, that a stunt double was to be used in all of his fight scenes!

Personally I always root for Kong bc my grandpa and dad were obsessed with King Kong when they were kids + I find him a bit more relaxed at times and chill but that's just my opinion

Holy cow, they created their own Godzilla for that scene, freaking awesome.

When OwlKitty pounced on Godzilla, I realized that Godzilla can easily be killed by a giant cat. Godzilla is too slow, has short arms and legs, and can't sprint and jump. It takes too long for Godzilla to charge and fire up his nuclear breath, enough time for OwlKitty to go in for the kill.

Yeah but if the cat was 300' tall and 800' long (weighing around 100,000 tons) it wouldn't be quite so quick. Still, it's awesome to watch. Maybe having a giant tiger type creature would be a good idea for a future monsterverse movie
But for a Kitty that size, you have no idea how many tonnes of meat you gotta feed it in a week, unless there are enough numbers of Godzilla to be Kitty's food. Otherwise you'd be saved only until Kitty is hungry.
The fact that you guys rendered a new Godzilla and made the cat food label out of scratch (no pun intended) using the picture of a neigbour cat is so admirable.

I love this channel. Yes, the production skills and attention to detail are top level, so every film is a joy to the eye, but it's really about a cat and her owner having fun together, and we get to join in.
I also appreciate how you have a really cute buddy who doesn't hesitate to spend (probably) hours helping out. It's all good.

Although Jurassic Park is the best one I've seen so far (it's amazing how well you blended him into the existing scenery), this is my favorite. I really want someone to show this to the cast and director. It's just a brilliant concept. Kudos....

My cat Max looks like OwlKitty. He passed away March 29th and I picked up his ashes today to spread where he loved to hopp the fence. Now I'm hooked on owlkitty

He was a big flirt, and had a connection to that house when the old lady moved, he kept going over there to the young lady who kidnapped him. I called him for days then weeks. I knew she took him

A little story about my another cat, he died 2 years ago (2019), and was buried right in front of my house. I was reliefed at first, but extremely mad and broke into tears when few months later, a fricking smoking place was buildt right on top of it. And i basically screams curse words on my room at night 😭

God, I love Owlkitty. My sister just passed (she was just 36, 2 years older than me) and her services are this Friday. Watching Owlkitty was the first time I felt genuinely happy since she passed. To the point it (pathetically) brought tears to my eyes. Anyways, thank you for these awesome videos.
