- Sadhguru explains the nature of color, and looks at how some chakras are connected with certain colors. He also explains how a spiritual seeker can use certain colors to their benefit, depending on their situation and path. Those on a path where they do not wish to gather anything, wear white. If someone's sadhana is intense and oriented towards the agna chakra, they wear orange. He also explains why Buddhist monks initially wore yellow robes, and why they later switched to maroon.

This is so true. My mom used to say to me as a kid, "show your true colors". Showing your true colors just means you're showing your real self to people. And colors really do have a purpose.

I don't understand how is Ajna/Agna orange? I thought it was blue/indigo, and that sacral chakra is orange. So many different information about these things. Can anyone explain?
Colors are even different from human to human. I’ve argued a few times about a color. Ex- is it brown or purple. Also dogs see lots of shades of grey.

Has anyone else have a out of body experience from almost dieing? If so, what colour did you see your self as in energy/spirit form? I seen myself as blue and see through and the nurse, doctor and my dad couldn't see me. I did go into the nurse (female) body and watched my physical body bleeding out for awhile. I didn't choose to go merge with her. I got pulled to her. Very weird. I don't remember leaving her body or going back into mine. They fixed the problem and I woke back up, but never said anything for years. I guess I thought it was normal. 🤷

One who wears white wants to fully engage with their life rather than seek engagement from outside!

White reflects every color and doesn't hold back anything. Any light that falls on a substance that is assumed to be white is, because it bounces off all light; that's how the color white is created. Light is energy. If a person does not want to take in or hold back or absorb the things or energy around them, that person will wear white. You dress according to your intention or desired outcome. Think of why people, wear white, when it is really hot; because they do not want to absorb the heat energy from the sun; they still walk around and see with the sun, but they don't want to absorb its heat energy. Just see the first few minutes of the video a mintute or so in. I hope this helps.

i saw this one video and you were being interviewed by some guy where you told about jumping down a well as a child. you said that you started yoga with some older man who joined you in jumping down and all. you then said you went to college and other things too then you said something happened and u just went bonk and you are now internally drunk
