Venice Airport Water Taxi -- Walk from Water Taxi dock to Terminal

This is a real-time, but edited for length, view of the walk from the Water Taxi dock at Venice Marco Polo Airport into the terminal for check in.
It takes about 10 , so this was cut down by about 6 minutes, though the walk is just more of the same in the video. Hope it helps! Water taxi drivers are helpful with luggage and mine actually went and found me a luggage cart!

Do you need to book water taxi in an advance?

No BUT it is 100% easier if you do. I arrived from a hotel and I booked via
www.motoscafivenezia.it/it/
They were excellent. Pretty sure I prepaid on line and gave them a voucher. One time, a hotel got one for me and he only took cash, which luckily I had.
