ASMR (Castile Soap And Pumice Powder)🍀Alternative Cleaning Paste😊
Hi guys😊!. This time I wanted to try making a paste cleanser designed for those who maybe has allergies to the usual detergents or for those who simply want a greener alternative to make their daily cleanings.
If you want to try this diy at home, that's what you'll need:
Liquid Castile soap. If you cannot find the liquid soap like Dr Bronners brand you can make like me and dissolve a soap bar in water (I recommend distilled water and not tap water. This will help us to our diy there last long).
Dish soap (in this case choose a "green" brand)
hydrogen peroxide
Food coloring (optional)
Essential oil (optional).
*Pumice powder. This is an abrasive powder ground very fine, is biodegradable and has many uses: to clean and Polish pots, stoves, marbles and tiles . If you do not find the pumice powder you can replace it with baking soda; but you have to be careful to mix everything in a very large container because baking soda will do reaction with hydrogen peroxide. And only when the mixture has stopped growing you can pour it into a clean container (maybe the next day).
I don't put the quantities because I do by eye. Simply mix everything in a large container until I get the desired density.
I know that the texture is a little slobbering and this is because I melted a bar of soap in the water but I can assure you that despite its appearance it works great!!!.
If you use liquid Castile SOAP you won't have this problem.
I put the mixture into two containers (like you see at the end of the video) One I will use it instead of the usual multi-purpose cleaner paste, and other things I will use it to clean the toilet bowl. If you like I'll post some videos to show you some uses.
