- Hi and Welcome Back to The Kneady Homesteader Channel. Today, I am with my girlfriend Chris.....who just bought a used All American Pressure Canner off of Facebook Marketplace for $200! Less than half of what it costs brand new. So.....how do you test run a used canner? Well, as I show Chris, I thought maybe you would like to see the process too, just in case you come across a deal like she did! If you have any questions about this process or the All American Pressure Canner, leave them down below in the comment section for me and I will try my best to answer them.

Heather, I am sure I'm not alone in saying... You are the reason I own a AA canner, a BALL water bath, and a dehydrator. YOU are the reason I make homemade bread. You taught me Noreen's hamburger buns (which by the way turned out perfect the 1st attempt) and your recipe for sloppy joes, and so many others. I just used the last jar of my Apple pie filling you taught me how to make, that was my first canning adventure. So I say SIGN HER UP All AMERICAN! By the way, I'm old enough to be your mom... what a teacher you are!! GOD BLESS you and your sweet family!! Talk about humble and kind with a topping of true blue...hugs!!
Exactly!! Me as well! You are so inspiring Heather! God bless you!! ❤
Gah! I am sitting in the waiting room at my dentist office….and this made me choke up! Thank you! The Holy Spirit is moving and working and uniting us all! It is very humbling. So much love to you! 🥰❤️🙏🏻
Gah! Ok. I am gonna cry my lashes off before seeing my dentist!😆❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am so grateful to heather for showing me the ropes of canning and dehydrating.
I trust you, Heather with everything preserving. I just got an All American 925 for $50 and with a glass top stove learning to use a propane burner outside is a little scary but your video is helping calm me especially with the jiggler. So nervous but excited all at the same time. When I get use to the set up, I should be ok.😊
A number of months back, the Lord laid it on my heart to check market place for an All American Canner. I had been looking for one, with no success! So I went to market place, found a 915 All American (NEW) for $150.00. My husband picked it up for me, I was so excited! I’m so glad you shared this, some of it I did know, but some I didn’t know! Since then I’ve purchased a 925 All American! I love them both! Many blessings!
QUEEN!!!!!!😆🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Get your royal canning on, Girlfriend!!!!! That’s fantastic!!!! That’s the perfect canning set up. I use a 915 and 921 in unison. Now I have two 921’s 😆
Your enthusiasm just makes me want to give canning a try.😊
You should! I bet you would love it Emily!!!!
I love the way you are so thorough and clean. You always emphasize washing things. I would eat at your house anyday😊 👍
Thats the biggest compliment!😆 thank you!😆❤️
Awww always nice to teach someone new how to pressure can.
Always! I love passing the baton on!!!!
I’ve got one. Bought it two years ago but was afraid to try it. I’ve decided to go got it and get started using it. This video was helpful. Thank you.
Wow what a steal of a deal on that AA canner. Thank you for sharing how to prep and test it. Now I'll wait for a deal for myself. 😂❤😊
right? hahaha
What A Good Teacher, What A Wonderful Friend You Are Sweet Heather 🩷
Love You,
🙋☕😺💐
Love you too kitty!🥰
So excited for this video. Found one of these canners for $40 and knew enough to adopt it…. Now I need to learn what to do with it!!!! Thank you!
SCORE!!!!!!! WOW! $40!!!!!! Well sis, just hang out with us! Also check out my Canning for Beginners as well as my Canning Playlists! We got you girl! hahaha HAPPY CANNING and CONGRATS!!!!
What a steal!!!!
Thank you for this video! I bought a brand new pressure canner 4 years ago and still haven't had the courage to use it. I always water bath but now that I an dabbling in things that have to be pressure canned I want to start using it. This video gave me the courage to finally use it. I wish I had a friend like you around me. ❤
Your such a great teacher.😊💕
Wow, thank you! thats so nice of you to say. My girlfriend Wendy wants to learn how to can too, so I may have to film some of those sessions when we start throwing down in the kitchen! hahaha
You are the one who taught me how to water-bath can three years ago, now I'm pressure canning as well. 🤗❤️❤️❤️
Woot Woot! Congratulations Chris 😊
hahaha we are all so excited for her! next level canning now!
I have never seen this of setting up a used canner. Love all the help to start using one.
I am not a canner and yet I found myself getting so excited while watching this video because you ladies hit the jackpot with that used All American Pressure Canner! Your laughter and giddiness made my day! 🤗😊😉
Love that! I am so happy you enjoyed this......and girl, we gotta get you canning! you would love it!
I am so excited when I saw this video. I started checking and found a brand new never used 1925 All American canner for $300. Bought it already ran it through testing. Can’t wait to pressure can something 😊
Ahhhhhh yes! Thank you for posting this video!! I wanted to know the difference between the All American canners and say the canners I have! I just have the Presto 23 quart and I picked up a Mirro 12 quart at a garage sale for $25 (my husband found it hidden)and a Mirro 8 quart for $3 (my husband grabbed it). They were/are cheap but I now have three working, ready to go canners for this coming season!! Thank you for this easy to follow video and I just love to hear you guys laugh, it's so fun!! May God Bless you and keep you and your families. ❤
Happy Canning, Queen!!!!!! What are you canning next?
@@TheKneadyHomesteader Why your amazing Chili beans of course!!! They truly are the best chili beans!!! You gave me the motivation to start canning 5 years ago and I love every minute of it. Thank you!! 🥳
How funny is it that I watched your Testing and Old Presto video from 3 years ago yesterday, then made a live testing video of my Granny's Vintage Presto, now today you have a video up! Glad your doing so much better.
No way!😆 The Holy Spirit is trying to tell you something! Johanna!😆👏🏻
Heather, this is the one I needed! I didn't find your video on a glass top stove, but this lead me through the sweet spot finding for the canner....and the fact that each canner can have a different sweet spot. Thank you soooooo much. I'll be testing an empty canner like this on the weekend. We're having horrible cold temps anyway so great day to spend in the kitchen...Then can some taco meat for the shelf for the busy spring/summer time.
YES!!!! I have 3 All American canners....2 921 and one 915....all 3 have different sweet spots!
You are so right about that Vaseline and where you apply it. I watched an Amazon returns pallet unboxing that included 2 All American Canners. Both were stuck shut. After finally beating them open, an abandoned roast was found in one.
Thank you for leaving the "missed step" in the video. Your little moments make us more confident.
Thanks for making this video so relaxingly fun. I like learning fun.
I appreciate that, I try to keep it real here. 😆❤️ And wow on the Amazon returns! Sealed lids. 🥺
I love that you use someone who has never used it before to show a how to video, great idea, great video!
OMG!!!! Just bought an American canner! Thank you for the lesson... I was so nervous...😬😬😬😬🙏
Blessings to you and your family.....❤
YAY!!!!! Congrats!!!! You are going to love it!
What a score!! Love my AA 921. Hopefully I can find another AA on marketplace soon. You are a natural teacher Heather, bless you❤
I hope so too! Keep your eyes peeled!!!!!👀
Heather, you taught me to can two years ago, thank you!
That is awesome! Can on, Canning Queen!
Well a sealed lid would be one way to keep your canned jars. Kind of like a vault!😂 Seriously, I’ve seen a post exploded Presto, it was impressive, but not an exploded All American. Congratulations!🎉 Welcome to the All American Canner team!!
😆😆😆😆😆 a vault!!! Ok you made me laugh this morning! That’s hard to do at 6am before coffee! 😆🙏🏻
Thank you for this beautiful opportunity. I just got this AA 915 for $150 off Marketplace. My first one. Your hands on video is a tremendous help! ❤
that is terrific! I am soooo excited for you!!!!! HAPPY CANNING! I love my 915!!!!!
@@TheKneadyHomesteader ❤️
This was very informative. I still have not taken my AA canner for a test run yet. Great tutorial.
you gotta do it now! hahaha we gotta get you canning with that bad boy!
Heather, you are such a great friend. I’ve watched your journey “and prayed for you
and your children”. You are truly a strong and amazing person all around.
Thank you so much!
I just had my second All-American 915 come in yesterday. I'm doing the test run now, and because it's been several years before I did my first test run, I found your video & wanted to refresh my memory in addition to reading the manual. Thank you for posting this. I'm excited to start doing my double batch of chicken & more that will take half of the time as just having one canner & all day for 16 pints. I can't lift the larger All-American or I would be getting it ❤
I've never done canning but have been interested. This was such awesome instruction! This pan looks so durable ( American made) I so miss quality! Ty girls! 😘
Thanks for watching! Yes American Made and it’s built like a tank! They have not changed the way they make them since the 1930’s!
Never canned. Thinking of buying an AA. I thought this used canner test run video was excellent with all your tips Heather. Also made me realize, as a beginner, a test drive would be a good idea even with a new canner. Thank you both!
You are so welcome! I am glad it was helpful!!!!! I bet you would love canning. It is so therapeutic!!!!! And empowering! Joyful! All the things!
Looking good! Love the smiles!
Thank you!!🥰🥰🥰🥰
It is nice to see you again. I thought I would mention if you are feeling self conscious at all, your doing really well with the whole talking without your teeth thing. Learning how to enunciate again is always weird. I remember when I first got my teeth out I hating trying to talk without my dentures in because I was so self conscious.
I appreciate that so much!!!!! You have no idea. :)
Thoroughly enjoyed your AA tutorial. Even though I have no plans to purchase one. 😆
Glad you enjoyed it! hahaha that's awesome! fun little video, just to hang out with you guys!
I am the proud owner of an All American from a video I watched you do about 3 years ago. You snd Leisa Sutton were my 2 canning gurus. I have so many Heather recipes in my handwritten canning/cookbook. I have made a folder for my TH-cam videos and when I am canning like grape jelly I play the video so we are canning together. I do that with many of your videos. ❤
That is awesome! 😆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This made my day! Can ON, Canning Queen!!!!😆🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
@@TheKneadyHomesteader beets are definitely getting done tomorrow. At 75 I am living having a full pantry and now helping my young neighbor to can. You have started a revolution. 😊😍
Awesome job you are a great teacher
I appreciate that! thank youuuuu!
Hi Heather. You are the first person I've ever watched for canning and preserving. I took the plunge with canning potatoes and never looked back. I use a presto but I was lucky enough to fina a 915 all american at a local thrift store for $35.00. I contacted all american and I purchased a new gauge and jiggler but I'm still intimated but this video has given me the courage to try it again. Love prayers and hugs
$35!!!!!! WOW! Now that's a deal of a lifetime! hahaha Now you are a canning queen!!!!
The first thing I do on the lid is look thru the vent hole so I can see light then prep with vaseline.
Yeah sorry i forgot that. I did that while washing it up in the sink🥴 i held it up to my window 😆
I have a presto canner and can regularly. I started SEVERAL YEARS AGO, thanks to you❤. Anyway my question is about the vaseline. Does it not get into the food being canned through vapors? Its important that I know this, understandably. Love you and glad your on your way back beautiful lady🤗🩷
No and vaseline is something I do believe AA suggests using. Your jars have lids and bands and anything coming out will be air. No Vaseline is inside the canner. It is strictly where the canner seals and the bolts on the outside. No vaseline on the inside at all. Hope that helps. 😁
@@TheKneadyHomesteader Thank you.
Thanks for the info. Especially on where to grease it. I just bought one that is in great condition, but it's from before they put a date stamp on it in the 40's. I took the old style valve off and ordered a jiggler. The service department is very helpful and friendly. I just didn't want to watch a dial for hours.
I have a presto, but if I ever get an American canner I will definately refer back to this video. Thank you Heather. Have a blessed day.
Thank you! You too!
Awesome demonstration and tips hon ❤
thanks Erica!!!!
Just a quick comment. I pressure canned 4 pints of veggie broth tonight! It wasn't that scary! Thank you again for the video!
That is awesome!👏🏻 I am so excited for you!!!!!
Heather, I have a Presto. I believe my canner calls for 3 quarts of water to can with. Thanks for such an instructive video. I bought my canner off Goodwill and I haven't used it yet, but I bought a new gauge and seal and safety escape just in case. Thanks for all you do, love your videos.
i use two jar lids to set the gap in the lid. works pretty good.
I got my first AA today off marketplace - a very gently used 915! I’m so excited!
Nice!! You will love the 915!!!!!!
I've been using mine for 15 years. I love it, and its heirloom quality to be passed on in the family.
Couldn't agree more!
Love this video! Excellent find! I love my All American canner 🙌
Happy canning ❤️
The best! Happy Canning, Queen!!!!
Great canner,great price, great deal!
It sure was!😆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 i love finds like that!!!!
Well done teaching your friend! Been with you for years. God bless
You rock! Thanks for sticking with me for so long!!!!
Super helpful Heather! I bought an AA canner... but have been too chicken to use it! This is so very helpful! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Glad it was helpful! Now bring out that canning beast and get her workin for you!😆🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 That’s so exciting!!!!!!
Good job Ladies. How fun ??!!
😆👏🏻 glad I filmed it!
What a great deal so happy the canner worked. I'm still using my presto 23 quart one day I'll get an All American it's on my Amazon wishlist😊
Love it! Can on Canning Queen!!!!!😆🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I love my 915 for small canning jobs. I have 2 921's a friend gave me hers when she decided it was just too heavy. I do which I had a 925 so I could double stack some quarts, but that seems a bit of a waste since I could just run two canners for the same outcome.
You sound like me! hahaha And I too love my 915 for leftovers....chili, stew.....it's nice to grab it out and can it up in the evening!
I have a smooth top stove so sadly I can only use the presto pressure canner. I enjoyed seeing you and your friend. My baby just turned 31.
I love that Presto offers that canner for glass tops!!!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I have the AA canner and learned great tips from this video. I haven’t applied the Vaseline in the areas where the knobs are located - I only used it on the lid. But I will certainly do this in the future. You are a great teacher😊
Glad it was helpful! Sometimes those knobs can be tight to get off and I find with the vaseline, it just makes it easier.
I have been fearful of attempting canning because of explosion stories. You just brought that down a notch. Next video...helping Chris can her yellow beans with her first real use of her "new" All American?
Super helpful, thank you! I just found a barely used 921 at Goodwill and was wanting a tutorial before I tried using it.
What a find!!!!! Jackpot!!!!!!
Thank you for this video! New subscriber, I just pulled out a super old ( only has #7 on the bottom)
All american canner I bought at good will many moons ago. I would like to can home made bone broth. This was a great starter video, no mine doesn’t have the weight type petcock thingy on it, soI have to adjust the heat to use it. Not sure I will change it out or not. Great info!
I just want to say, I heard you speak and thought she must be from MI!😂 me too, altho I have lived in WA state since we left MI in 76, all my relatives live there. Also, I am deeply sorry for your loss, I perused the channel, and cried my eyes out! May God bless and keep you and your family! Happy canning! Peace
I love my pressure canner like yours. ❤ ty for ur videos and Prayer Circle. How did u like ur battery run vaccum sealer? ❤
I have not tried it yet on anything....but soon! I am almost ready to harvest and dehydrate my mint and basil!
I just love watching you Heather!!!
Hi Tony! So much love to you my friend!😁💋❤️
“Bless me Father for I have sinned” - Girl you need to go to confession for having stolen that All American canner (giggles). KUDOS on getting such a deal!
Heather - good job on walking your friend through the process..
These canners are pricey, but they are the best and they last a lifetime!
Best wishes from Kate in Olympia, WA - 8/9/2023.
hahahaha I am laughing so hard right now! This comment made my entire day!
You two should do canner teaching videos
As long as Chris and Wendy don't mind, I will turn on the camera while they learn how to can. It would be fun to look back on when they become Canning Queens! haha
I have had my 915 AA caner since the early 1990's and I have never "prepped" one and never had any issues I guess I never read the instructions carefully
you have been very lucky then for sure! but the AA canners are built like Cadillacs! It's not shocking that even with no prepping it runs and handles like a dream. hahaha
It's been years since I got mine. I don't remember going through all that either. I'll have to pull out the manual and reread it. Lol!
I am excited too. I want one now! LOL
Good luck with your teeth! 🙏🏻
I have so many questions! I was so excited to see this video, so first thing Thank you! First question, I have a glass top electric stove so can I use this canner on my stove top? On the 915 is it 15 quart? And finally is $379.95 a good price?
Glass tops need a glass too safe canner. Presto makes one! Sadly the AA is heavy and holds onto heat so it may crack your glass 😭😭😭😭
Love your videos! I have learned so much from you 😊 I noticed a few bubbles on the front right of the canner during the processing time, my canner has done this before, is it a big deal? Thank you and God bless
Yes! Completely normal.....as long as your canner is coming up to temp and holding, it's fine! Many times its the vaseline bubbling from the extreme heat.
Now I have an idea which one to get, thank you for the great video. My question is if its really humid in the air, will that affect the canning process? Just curious
Not at all! It affects bread baking though!😆 but not canning. 🥰
I have two smaller pressure cookers that are a different brand. I used them for cooking. I am considering canning like my mom did and if I see a used American I will buy it. I am sure she would have loved an American canner but we did not have a lot of money and she canned with a basic blue tin canner on the stove and her canned pickles and beets were always perfect. I am curious about what you think of the fermented canning trend? I made some sauerkraut and carrot spears this way, and I loved them. I used to get a lot of acid reflux and when I ate either before bed the acid reflux was gone. I have to make more soon.
You mean just fermenting foods in jars and not canning them? I think if you love your food fermented then go for it. Anna from Fermented Homestead is my go to girl!
@@TheKneadyHomesteader yes . I will check Anna out. Thanks!
It looks like there is a tiny pressure leak be tween the front two bolts.
Nope, pressure was beautiful. The little bit of bubbling is normal where the seam of the lid meets the body. As long as the canner reaches and maintains pressure, all is completely normal. Many times its the vaseline bubbling. 😆
@@TheKneadyHomesteader I appreciate you letting me know this👍🏻 Thank you❤️❤️
Is normal to see some water bubbling out the ring area? It looked like in the video that here was bubbling in between the lid and the canner body.
Absolutely normal and many times its the vaseline bubbling in that seal area. As long as your canner comes up to pressure temp and you dont have water spraying out where its not reaching proper temperature, you are absolutely fine! Totally normal!
The Pandemic of 2020 drove home the message about needing plenty of jars, lids, and rings! I don’t care to ever go through that again... but sure am glad I had as many as I did - mine, what I inherited from my grandmother, plus what I inherited from my mother. Best wishes from Kate in Olympia, WA - 8/9/2023.
Absolutely spot on, Kate!!!!! I would rather have to many so if it ever happens again I can gift them to people I know who needs them than to be short again. As long as I have enough jars to can up my freezers in case of a power outage, I am good!
Great video!!!
Thank you!!
Oils evaporate … Vaseline holds and works great but a little gets in my all American canner and all my jars have a little layer of Vaseline film and have to wash the jars when they cool
I bought a new American canner a few years ago and was never able to get a full seal I followed the directions but it always leaked around the top I called all American and wasn't able to get any help with the problem. I packed it away and pulled my old presto back out and canned on. I'm going to get it back out and try again it's been at least 8 years and I'll clean it up and start over.
Get it back out Connie! Email me at thekneadyhomesteader@gmail.com. I will try to help you! If it bubbles a little bit around the seam it’s fine. Sometimes its actually the vaseline. 😆 but it should seal for you and come up to temp.
@@TheKneadyHomesteader as soon as I get home from my daughters I will bring it back out and do a scrub and test run.
Excellent video
Thank you very much!
Huh. I've never gooped the bolts on my AA. 🤔 Need to look at that...
hahaha I almost think "Gooped my bolts" needs to be on a t-shirt! hahahaha
@@TheKneadyHomesteader Ha!
I can see it now... A drawing of an AA with text "Have you gooped your bolts today?"
I almost died laughing at this conversation. I want one of those T-shirts!!
I love my Presto.
I think Presto is the #1 selling pressure canner. People love them! And I love that they now make canners specifically for glass tops.
I really wsnt an All American Canner. But it scars me more then the presto. Husband really wants me ti get one too. So just might get one.
Having redundancy of a gauge and a weighted jiggler make me feel more confident with my All American. Owned it approximately 25 years without any problems.
I think it’s the look of them 😆 They are made the same way they were in 1930. They look intimidating!😆 i think its the bolts and handle. Like little stovetop bombs 😆 But the safety features are superior! The safest canner made!
I agree! 🤓👍🏻❤️
I just bought the smaller All American canner 910. I bought the small one as there is just me and my husband. i wondered about the 915 but thought it would be too big on my burners. How much overhang can be on a burner when you use your pressure canner? My stove has cast iron burners so I wonder if that’s a game changer compared to gas that most people seem to use.
As far as width goes, the 910 is smaller but once you get to 915 and up they just get taller except for the 925. I believe that one is a bit wider. The 921 and 925 hold the exact same amount of jars. They may have exact measurements on their website for you but the over hang isn’t bad at all. Not on my stovetop. I am so happy you got an AA! The 910 is adorable. I would probably display it on my stovetop all the time. 😆😆😆😆
@@TheKneadyHomesteader Thank you! I do keep my on my stovetop. LOL. It is adorable but now I wonder if I should have bought the 915!
I just gave 32 cases of jars. I gifted then to friends and family.
Thats wonderful!!!!!! I love that! We will need to lean on one another!
Should it be bubbling water out of the seal on the top? (Between canner and lid)
Yep! Totally normal! As long as your canner is reaching pressure, you are fine! Most times, it's the vaseline bubbling with the heat.
@@TheKneadyHomesteader Thank you so much! I was a little worried when I saw it!
I’m going to try to find a used All American. Is there anything I should look out for that would be a deterrent to buying one?
I Have an All American canner that doesn’t use a weight. I thought I saw somewhere it could be switched to a weight. Do you know if that is correct and how I would do the switch?
that I do not know. I would give All American a call and ask!
Hey, this video is really helpful!! I purchased an all american- im 99 percent sure thats what it is- at second hand store for $50. Little nervous to try it out. The sticker is pretty much worn off but i can see where it was and from what i see its a 915- quite a bit older than this one in your video. So is it safest to purchase a weight to ensure its getting upto proper pressure ? Versus using the old gauge ? And have you ever used one on a glass cooktop ? I use a water bath canner on there without issue and its heavy when full.
You can switch out that old gauge for a new one with a weight. I am trying to think who did that…….. ok had to go look! Rain Country!!!!! She did one! But if you type it into the search you will find a few videos about it. Also call All American. Their customer service is fantastic and they can help you!!!! Here is Rain’s video! th-cam.com/video/iL32aarNmtE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1svn1lLEdlURi5Em
@@TheKneadyHomesteader thank you! All ordered. One other question you may be able to help with. I tested it and followed your tips. I found that at a stove temp of 6 on glass top...that once the gauge started climbing and got to 15 it continued. I panicked and turned stove down low low. But temp wasn't coming down on gauge. I ended up turning stove off completely as i was afraid what might happen if it climbed into warning or danger zome. It did eventually come down. But any tips for preventing it from climbing so fast and high ? Should I turn stove lower from the beginning ?
In an emergency where you need to can everything in your freezer you would need those extra jars.
I wonder if the misaligned safety hook was the reason they sold it. Some folks can't or wont trouble shoot problems.
you never know? I think she told Chris she wasn't canning at all anymore because of arthritis. :( my heart hurts for her. I hate seeing people having to give up what brings them joy because of their body's limitations. I feel it to my core.
@@TheKneadyHomesteader That would be sad.
What do you use to give your AA a good scrub?
She said in the beginning that she uses dawn and if it's badly stained add some vinegar
Thank you🥰❤️
I used my all american a d i could not get the regulator right the whole time. What did i do wrong?
hard to say if I am not there to see what's going on :(
I’m really struggling with my 15lbs of pressure weight. I have it to pressure and the weight jiggles one to four times a minute but sometimes it jiggles so hard the weight comes off a bit and a ton of steam in a steady stream comes out and I have to put the weight back on properly. Then because it has released so much pressure it won’t jiggle again for many minutes. I haven’t canned food yet, only doing test runs because I’m scared I will ruin in. Can you help??
I am not sure, I have never had this issue with any of my 3 pressure canners. I Ould give All American a call. Their customer service is top notch and someone will be able to help you. Keep me posted. Just in case anyone else runs into this issue.
Good, thourogh
Nice
Thanks😁
What if the weight doesn’t spin?
It’s ok if it doesn’t spin as long as it jiggles and makes that jiggle noise. Otherwise you are not at the proper pressure for your elevation.
Girl I laughed I was at a wedding this weekend and in the hotel ready for bed 930 all American popped up on marketplace a 930 for $30 (with some jars) messaged he was like come tonight. I put my pants on my husband was so confused yep drove to strangers house in the dark for a canner. I do carry, kids don’t try this at home
hahahahahaha I LOVE THIS!!!! YOU.....are my people! HAHAHAHA I would have ran with you!!!!!! Whata score! My Lord, what a blessing!!!!! Congrats! hahahaha
I use vaseline to Heather, works the best.

Many many thanks!!!!
Hi Heather and family. I great you all in the name of Jesus. Thank you for clarification on head space. For as far as I can remember not one of your jars that you pulled out of your canner has had head space issues. My goodness…I knew there was a science to all of this. I've seen so many well known youtubers who can and the food is not totally submerged in the liquid. It's very unappealing and for my family my teen girls are very picky eaters. Are you open to having a LIVE canning session in the future for your VIP’s. This is the part that has held me back because I would eat the food because I know what's in it but will my girls eat it. Especially if they see it on the shelf and it looks unappealing. I have my doubts. I’m motivated now more than ever because this was the piece to the puzzle that had me just stumped. I’m going to watch this video and skip to the sweet spot time stamp. I’m just determined to perfect this skill. Thank you so much for sharing this video and ai look forward to the next one.🙏😊💕🥰
😆 my kids will NOT eat “ugly” food. I take absolutely no pride in making anything ugly and I certainly want better for all of you than I want for myself. My Lord!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 So, I pour my love into it and when you really love what you are doing, it’s impossible to be prideful let alone make anything ugly. 🥴 It took me lots of practice and as you develop into a canning queen you will begin to compete with yourself. Really learning how to control your canner. How to de bubble. How to make that headspace perfect! 😆👍🏻
Thank God for you and your prayers for us to be able to get together in the name of our Lord Jesus name amen
Thank you so much for being here Donna and praying with us!

I’m at 1100 altitude. I’m always watching the dial, my juggler just it as same as temperature. SMH to maintain temp the juggler just keeps going! Anyone, anyone????
I would give All American a call. Their customer service dept is wonderful. They will most definitely help you. ❤️
All American brand like the home sewing machine industry and auto industry are not paying attention to the affordability or income levels of today's families. I have an All American canner but the affordability of is out of reach for many.
I agree!!!!! I am guessing, being a made in America product, their costs are astronomical. I am willing to pay it because its USA Made and I am glad they haven’t done like so many companies have and turned to Chinese manufacturing in China. So as much as I understand it, it hurts my heart at the $500 price tag!!!👀
I will never buy another brand of pressure canner!
Right?😆👏🏻
