You have snap ring groves with no snap rings.
You have a thread shaft going into a blank hole.
You have holes for a axle with no axle
Don’t give up your day job, Machinist your not.

So how do you do that when you say clamp design, there is a system in the back of the system to rotate the tilt, and the cylinder connected to it is rotating in the reverse. How does the clamp work in this process? Does the system have pictures or videos?
