I think their are two versions of this watch, global and chinese. Maybe yougot the chinese one. Lets wait maybe its possible to change the language in the future.

Isabel Rebullida you have to wear the watch while you are sleeping as it tracks you movement. The sleep management is only basic as it only records the times you are in light and deep sleep.
