AI stocks will dominate 2024. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I'll also take these other recommendations you made.

Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. Even total size of AI market is not going to be even reaching the market current size of NVIDIA valuation for another decade! There are no commercially successful AI system application yet in the market. AI will take well over decades to be adapted by most industries in a big way. There maybe some commercial applications they are using for cost cutting, but still with the software maintenance, hardware and capital cost too high for it to alternate the normal human activities. I really wonder which and how many investors are actually behind this rally.

the stock market can appear as a bewildering cauldron of fake news for new investors. I would advise using a CFP, give him/her 2/3 and then invest the 1/3 on your own, but only if you have time to track stocks and educate yourself
