100th Anniversary and Ex CREX Leaders + More! Railfanning the CN Neenah Sub

We are back on the CN Neenah Sub and I decided to make the most of this trip when we went to Appleton, WI. The day started out in Fox Crossing, WI as a northbound was just going through Neenah, WI so we decided to catch it just west of Neenah in Fox Crossing. The northbound manifest consisted of a CN 100th anniversary ET44AC leading the charge with two other GEVOs. It was nice seeing a CN 100th anniversary lead again. They aren't that rare but still nice to see. The last two trains we go even further north down the line as we head just north of Dale, WI on the northern part of the Anton siding. Sided was a northbound intermodal with a Ex CREX ES44AC leading. It was waiting for CN L595 which was on its way back to Neenah after getting its work done in Waupaca, WI. L595 consisted of a repainted IC GP40R leading the charge. After L595 cleared the northbound intermodal was ready to proceed and this consisted of a Ex CREX ES44AC, CN SD70M-2, CN ES44AC, and another Ex CREX ES44AC. This was the best train of the day and that finished up our day on the Neenah Sub.
