Thanks for a good review, think I will have to get me one of these, could be just what I have been looking for. :-) A question though as I have seen criticisms about the quality control of these. Is it well made and will last do you think? Thanks. Be well, Dave.
I think the quality is fairly good. For normal civilian use, I believe it would hold up well. No idea what military hard field use might do to it. Thanks for viewing!
400LBGUERRILLA Thanks for the reply. I have been looking for the perfect pouch for quite a while now and all, so far have failed, usually in the stitching. ( I even have a Maxpedition bottle holder where the stitching is failing! How shocking is that? ) In particular with the pouch you review, several report the velcro being poor quality and poorly stitched on; what do you think? It would be very awkward, ( with my sewing skills, ) to repair the panel attached to the pouch body, if it came away. I appreciate your help. :-)
In trying to reply to your comment about the Velcro I accidentally deleted it. The Velcro is quite strong and takes a good pull/rip to open. Both sides of the Velcro pads are box and x stitched as can be seen at the beginning of the video. However, I have not used this pouch extensively just getting it in May so I don't have any personal long term knowledge regarding durability. I own some Maxpedition products and Condor is not at that level. If you can wear out the stitching on Maxpedition, you may be putting your gear through much tougher use than I do. That said, I don't see the Velcro pads detaching easily from the digi pouch based on the stitching job done on mine.

400LBGUERRILLA OK thanks for that. I own several Maxpedition products and all except for the bottle holder have been built like tanks. I do not think I have been especially rough with it, in fact quite the reverse. The stitching on the back of the pouch started to give after a couple of weeks, of well, putting a bottle in it! It has not failed completely yet, but the fact that I can see that the stitching is starting to fail, means I am not willing to trust it far. The seller was useless.
Nice one!
Been considering this for a while and your review is straight to the point, showing all the bits I needed to see.
Mind made up! :-)
Thanks just bought one in Tan.
Thanks for watching, enjoy your new pouch!
400LBGUERRILLA bought it off eBay for $13 lol won't be here til next week.
What are the dimensions of the main compartment? Looking to get one to hold a PLB (4.5×2×1.5) for a future solo trip.
Hi, this is long gone since my original post. You should be able to check the dimensions at the condor site or Lapg.com site.
