I watch A LOT of travel videos and what sets World Towning apart imho from all the rest is that you share the everyday life of full time traveling in addition to scenes from places many just dream about. Just about all the others out there are formula based vlogs. Oh I like those though you all make it real. Makes us feel a small part of your family (adopt me please!!). Now on with the rest of the show...
Awh, thanks Tommye, you got us to a T. I love all the travel vlogs out there as well! Our WorldTowning way is to keep it real, living and exploring the world one hometown at a time. We love to integrate with local cultures so much and we also like to show the truth. The only way we can help other future WTers and those who are sofa travelers is to share it as it is. I wish we had the hours in the day to be daily all the time. Thanks for your compliments and kind words. Love you second to last sentence, YES, we want you to feel as you are part of our family...we feel the same way.
I like seeing the daily vlogs. For me I glad you show that it's not always Glam and glitter. Real situations is always good for us to see so we can understand what it's like.
Thanks Nafi. That is the intent with the channel, but hard to show the realities if we are only sharing one vlog a week, trying to find the good balance. THanks for watching.
I love all the beautiful videos you all share with us, even the mishaps and hardships that follow you. These events totally make it real and make me feel I'm part of your journey.
Thanks Donna! We love sharing the realities of this travel life, it is not always rainbows and unicorns, but it sure is worth it. Thanks for your continued support! Big kiss.
I went to Nigardsbreen with a norwegian friend a few years ago, but due to disabilities I wasn't able to climb the glacier. The whole area is AMAZING. Thank you for taking us.
Thanks so much for all the work that goes into these. I binged a bunch of your latest videos and it was so much fun. You guys are such a darling family. Thanks for being so honest about the highs and lows of travel (esp as a family). Even if we don’t fully World town just yet, you’re reminding us of the core values of traveling with curiosity, spontaneity and love. 💕
Thanks Hillary. We all put our heart into them, but Will...he puts everything he has into them. We are so proud of his commitment to telling the true story, talent and hard work. So glad our vlogs have been helpful. We could not do this vlog if we were not honest, it is the only way to get more people out here as well as let those who cannot or do not want to travel see it in the real. Thanks for watching and for the binge!
That is our plan! It only helps those who want to do this and frankly makes it more interesting for those who want to see it through us only. Thanks for your support.
Love your videos and your family. My husband and I once skied down a glacier in British Columbia with a guide and a group. It was awesome. We had a little bit of vertigo as it looked flat but was actually quite steep. Keep your videos coming.
Do they have Rain-X or a similar product in Norway? It's a completely clear and translucent product you rub into your windshield and it makes water bead up into tiny bubbles and fly off the windshield. Some people never use their windshield wipers because Rain-X works so well.
They also make windshield washer fluid with something like rain-x in it. I don’t think it works as well as rain-x, but it does an ok job. Whereas normal windshield washer fluid is blue, in the US the stuff with the rain shedding additive is purple.
Think it is great if you share the tough things that happen to your family and Lemonade. After all, this is the reality of life. My super grandmother always used to tell me life is not a bed of roses. Oh what a great lady she was. Fun video. Thanks.
Exactly, how are we helping anyone by only showing the rainbows part of it. The ideal is to show people the world, how this travel lifestyle works and everything in between. So happy you are enjoying it. Love grandma!
I am super disappointed! Largo did not do his CNN report on the glacier hike LOL I’m only kidding I’m not disappointed at all I’m just a little sad that I didn’t get to hear his news reporting I really enjoy it makes it very funny! Man that looks like fun! How do you think it would’ve been for somebody with no site a blind person like myself? I am the guy from Texas that spoke to you about the Tandem Bike! I was able to reach my goal, I’m inspired by your family and your goal to conquer what you want
Hi Richard. Nice to hear from you again. I totally thing you could do it. We were all hooked together so with some guidance from the person in front and behind you it would be amazing! So happy to hear you reached your goal. congrats!
Cool! I’m happy just looking at a glacier from a distance. That’s what I did in Iceland. 😁 Also, I enjoy the Norwegian Airlines music! I’ve flown on them quite a bit. 😃
For the mechanic, I have no contact in Norway, but in Denmark, in Aalborg, I can connect you with some who won't make you pay a fortune. I don't think you have problem with the engine, I believe he ment the motor for the windshield wiper. The engine as far as I know has nothing to do with moving the wipers. It is driven by an electric motor, and very likely that is what gave up.
You right. It happend to my RV(Fiat Ducato 2010) this summer. Mechanic changed the wiper's electric motor in 2 hours and problem solved. Part number is :SGR-56280. It cost me 320 Turkish Liras including labor.
@@WorldTowning sure, no problem, just in case you are in an urgent situation. Copenhagen is around 1000 km from the place this video was taken. If you need the aalborg service let me know a few days in advance.
@@suleymanalantug4772 thanks for supporting my thesis :) If it is the electric motor it shouldn't be an expensive service, though mechanics in Norway are ridiculously expensive. So I believe the work will cost more than the motor it self. Unfortunately it will be similar price in Copenhagen. I would say at least 100-150 Euros equivalent for the job plus the motor.
If you drive to Bergen there will be no problem fixing the wiper. It's just 5 hours from Nigardsbreen, and it's actually supposed to be sunny this weekend (which is rare). If you call today they might have spare parts already, during the day og atleast on monday, but then you get to experience Bergen in sun. Call this company and ask for Bjørn www.edv.no/kontakt-oss/
Thanks so much for being such a great part of this community. We ended up finding a place in Copenhagen where they can fix it in one day, they have all the parts so we are going that route. But, thanks again for your help. WorldTowning Ambassador!!!
Is Denmark your next country? If so, I Can book a repair for you close to the border if you like. Or you could do it yourself if you like that version better ☺️🇩🇰 here in Denmark, we have a service where the mecanics reseive parts everyday. If they order it before 12 or so, it will arrive around a couple of hours later 😃 And there are lots of mecanics in the middle of the citys, so lots of stuff to kill time with 😊 BTW, i dont get paid for saying this 😅
Ha, love that last line! THANK YOU !!! We did find a shop in Copenhagen that can get the parts in 24 hours and we have an appt scheduled for 6 days from now. Woo hoo. Thanks again, gosh I love this community so much. What would we do without you guys? WorldTowning Ambassador!
I can only speak for myself.....I don't want the glamour all the time, I want the reality. I'll keep watching.
Thanks so much. It's the only way that we can show this life. Anything else would be acting for us...and we are not good at that.

You are most welcome. Glad we could take you virtually. It is a beautiful work of art.

Wow, that sounds so cool. Our guide said people ski down them in the winter. I can't even begin to imagine how cold that must be. Thanks for sharing.

I've used Rain-X and you're right. It works great as you say.
We have not been able to find any in these rural areas, but if we see a place to buy it we will definitely stop. Thanks!
They also make windshield washer fluid with something like rain-x in it. I don’t think it works as well as rain-x, but it does an ok job. Whereas normal windshield washer fluid is blue, in the US the stuff with the rain shedding additive is purple.

Very cool. No pun intended.
HAAAAA! Love it! Pun Fun!
Oh I love glaciers, did a similar glacier hike in Iceland a few years ago, it really is a fantastic and unique experience. Love your dailies:) hugs
It was such a cool experience. It's one of those "Norway" things that we knew we had to do.
What a great hike on the glacier!!!! Thanks so much for taking us along!!
So sorry about the wipers on lemonade. Safe travels
Thanks, our plan is to just drive when it is not raining, no other choice. We have an appt in Copenhagen for the repair.
I love seeing all the bits of traveling. You tell it like it is and it is refreshing. Love this vlog 💕
We think so too. We know that we are not mainstream, but we kind of like it that way.
@@WorldTowning not everything is "instagram perfect" , so it's good to see that in vlogs 😊
Camino on Ice!
Ha, love it.
Fabulous day hike. Thanks for sharing it with us.🙂
Thanks. It was soooo much fun. Still thinking of how grate it was today.
Great video guys! Hope you get your window screen wiper motor fixed soon!
We have an appt in 6 days in Copenhagen. Woo hoo! Thanks for asking!
Awesome video. I always avoid cold places for travel but the scenery is amazing.
That is a great idea. I am always cold! So tired of my grey jacket, but you are right, so beautiful.

Thank you for sharing. This was an awesome vlog!
Glad you enjoyed it! It was fun to make, but hard to shoot being attached to each other. Ha.
Great video. Check out St Mary's Glacier an hour west of Denver. To think you can do this same thing in the US.
Awesome, thanks for sharing.
Are you guys going to Iceland at all? You should do the glacier hike there. We walked in a group but untethered. And the ice cave was super cool. :)
Three of us have already been so not this time around and not with Lemonade, but maybe at another time with a more powerful rig.

Haha, i just finished the video - yeah, the LONGEST vlog EVER ! 😂 Although the delicious dinner at......McD sounds wonderful 😅🤣🤣🤣
Don't they have RainX there?
Probably, but we were not near any stores. Pretty much way off the grid.
I have to ask if you didn't see dead bodies up there? No, just I am joking.
None to report thankfully. There were areas that we were not taken to. Kinda suspicious...
You do drink a lot of coffee. You need to find a coffee sponsor.
No kidding!
